I stumbled across Nick and the Capturo team kinda by surprise. My gym of 15 years has really been struggling with leads over the past year and I was starting to think our run was over.

I have been in the business for 20 years, and up to this point, nearly all of our growth came from word of mouth. The main thing for me going into this was that for a premium studio like ours, a high volume of cheap leads is not the goal. We only need a small number of the right people each month who are serious about getting started and understand the value of what we offer.

Before working with Nick, we hadn't had much success with marketing outside of word of mouth/referrals. Our website generated maybe two or three calls in an entire year, and we weren't really getting any traffic.

Nick rebuilt our website, optimized it for SEO, coached me on our follow-up and sales process, and built the automated system that turns enquiries into booked appointments.

We now show at the top of Google for high-intent local searches and just had our biggest month ever purely from organic search. Instead of a couple of website calls a year, we are now getting five or six high-intent people booking directly through the site and walking through the door every month, without me having to manually chase every lead.
