Car Audio Direct were recommended to me because of the range of products they offer. Yes, the range is great but what really blew me away was the service. Fantastically helpful. No point going elsewhere.

Terrible experience with Car Audio Direct. How they're still in business is no ones guess. Terrible communication skills, no apparent after sales care and full of excuses when asking for a refund for items not received. Thank goodness i paid via amazon pay and was able to raise a claim. Never again will i even consider this seller. Steer well clear and go else where.

Took 2 weeks to arrive despite time frame of 2 - 3 days, will not use again plenty of other reliable options out there. Why is it some companies can arrange courier deliveries when we pay but never collection when they should pay. If you have to go out to return items you may as well go out to purchase it and receive it promptly. There is a reason some people are reliant on home deliveries during this current climate

Shocking after sales that won’t accept any returns. Wasn’t advertised as discontinued stock, no longer available!, looks like they’ve purchased some cheap end of stocfk units and selling them on. No wonder they won’t return a faulty unit, over £1k spent and they won’t contact main supplier. 30 year experienced auto electrician says it a faulty unit, so I guess it’s a faulty unit. Had to contact main supplier who are more than helpful. Let’s see what they find is wrong and what’s caused it to not work......DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. SEE OTHER FAMILIAR REVIEWS......

Original item i ordered was out of stock but company very kindly offered me a free upgrade as an appology, very good customer service and great products, wouldnt hesitate to buy from theese guys again. Very Happy :)

Hi CAD Team!

I made a purchase of a JBL Club 1KW Mono Amplifier. eBay Order number: 19-05643-80761

I had an issue whereby the amp would not switch on and play. After a return of the amp to yourselves, your returns department called me to say that the amp was working fine.....a lovely guy (ex car audio installation engineer) spoke to me for some time and gave me a few pointers to look for in the hope I could find my fault quickly.

The Amp was returned to me arrived early TODAY!!! ...... I went straight to the car and started troubleshooting......turns out my Power cable for the Mono amp was insufficient and I’ve since upgraded it to 0 guage, installed the amp.....and needless to say it worked, and as the subject line says.

MY EARS ARE RINGING!!! Whoop WHOOP!!!

One of the best customer support experiences I've had.

I recently bought a Japanese import car and needed to change the stereo/satnav to one that I could use. Having never done a job like this before I was not sure where to begin. Car Audio Direct helped me figure out what parts I needed to complete the job and were available to help troubleshoot when I hit a snag. Whilst installing the new stereo we discovered I needed a different part to the one I ordered, Car Audio Direct quickly sent me the part I needed (and an alternative in case it didn't fit). I now have a fully functional stereo, in English, and I can't recommend Car Audio Direct highly enough.

Really helpful guys, I knew nothing of what I needed, the website is clear and easy to use but I needed more help so I e mailed a question. My questions were answered and more with some really good suggestions. Kit arrived well packaged all down to me now to fit it.. Thanks really happy

1st class company to deal with. I was doing a full install on my van. They give me some great recommendations on systems at all budgets as I didnt know what I wanted. Excellent customer service and very easy to deal with

Found the customer service excellent also very competitive on price.
I had a problem with the connection of the stereo I purchased and had to swap one of the leads . This was done no problem . Still had trouble with new lead and they sent me another to try free of charge and just had to send back wich ever I did not use.
As said excellent customer service and competitive pricing.
