Excellent customer service and expert fitting advice.

Awesome service. Asked for advice on after market radio and received details instantly. Ordered equipment which arrived the next day. Easily installed and product produces excellent results. Made me want to keep the car forever! Thank you.

Extremely helpful and always replied to my emails.
I ordered a connects2 CTKPLX02 from them but connects2 let us down with supplying it. Said they showed 2 in stock but they couldn’t find it.

Once part arrived with car audio direct it was swiftly posted out to me.
Also they were considerably cheaper than other suppliers of this kit.

Excellent service - they advised us of parts we needed for fitting the stereo in addition to giving us info of stereos to fit my daughter’s new car and to top it all - it arrived the next day , this was a couple of days after Christmas .

If you want to fit the stereo yourself but have no idea what you are doing or are scared of the minefield of having an oldish car and need to get the bits to make after market parts fit and work, this is the company to use.

Pick the stereo and ask what else you need and they get back to you straight away, confidently. This also is the case when fitting they are on had to answer any questions.

Called them up regarding a new order, order came the next day, absolutely perfect, unlike Car Audio Center!

Be aware that if you return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations (UK law), they will withhold your original payment for postage. Under the above regulations, they have to provide a full refund of the goods and postage. They refused with me so PayPal got involved and provided the refund.

Quote from Car Audio Direct "We have supplied the goods correctly, meaning that you have received the correct items. As you do not want the items. We only refund you for the items purchased. We do not refund the shipping. We take this procedure with all our customers, not just yourself."

Be aware - this is against the law!

It's rare to find such brilliant customer service - from the very first call through to the last. The team helped me pick components for my car, and made sure they'd all work together and fit properly. I called a number of times to check bits and bobs and I was always given good advice in a professional and friendly manner. It made a fairly daunting task a fun one. Highly recommend.

Bought speakers from their site. marked as posted , but item didn't arrive. Tried to contact them by email to no avail, got just ignored. When called directly, they only tell you the story that item out of stock and will be available in two weeks,(site and ebay account still selling same speakers post factum)but maybe you want some other way cheaper speakers for the same price instead?Persistently. Don'tt want to give back your money. funnily enough , when refunded, bought same speakers from other ebay shop. Guess what ? EXACTLY SAME STORY. must be another car audio direct account. LIARS and FRAUDS. DO NOT BUY!

Used CAD twice now and their advise pre-purchase and support for aftersales is second to none. On both occasions I've had several questions and needed assistance with items prior to purchase. They have answered these questions thoroughly and been very helpful during the entire process with advice on the best items to buy for my requirements. They have dealt with any issues afterwards quickly and with no fuss which is worth taking into account when you consider who you decide to buy from. I have also returned items which I did not use quickly and for a full refund using their pre-paid postage label option. Great company that I cannot recommend highly enough!

Vary helpful in dealing with a difficult motorhome. Installation was easy (plug and play apart from the mounting frame) and all fundtions work perfectly.

Very old school professional customer service. I had a problem with item sent, but the communication I received and the resolve was 100% I would not hesitate buying from this company again.

Would also add the speed in which they respond to emails and even phone calls is spot on, this company has proven to me after sales matters to them.

I found Car Audio Direct in all aspects, to be helpful and polite, with prompt responses to my various emails, when I finally placed my order for my chosen head unit, I was expecting a 2-4 day delivery schedule, as stated in the shipping info, in fact it came next, so compliments to the despatch side of the operation, a pleasant trouble free online shopping experience.

I’ve been using Car Audio Direct for sales and advice for months now.
I’ve found out of all companies, to be the most friendly and helpful out of them all.

All their staff are wicked to speak to and can’t wait to order again.

We purchased a kit for Ford Galaxy, which has a very odd 1.5 DIN opening, as a sample for future updates.

Whilst we are very technical, I had some problems with with the wiring looms - the Galaxy has a remote cd player and "surplus" plugs!

I had to make several telephone calls to their support and the support was very, very thorough, polite and most important very informed.

Everything solved fast and efficiently! Even down to a replacement facia in the post immediately (wrong one in the packet - not their fault)

Missed fitting kit with order sent out new one but loads of parts missing. Total joke kit sent didn't match power to amp either.

I encountered an initial delivery problem but as soon as contacted CAD their response was fantastic. Apologetic, friendly and professional but most importantly I received my order within 24 hours after my first email. I can’t recommend them more, thanks CAD

Ordered a KENWOOD DdDX5016DAB and it arrived within the time expected it. Had it fitted at Halfords for £30 and it was superb!! Went to use it day later and Bluetooth wouldn’t work, contacted CAD and the response was great. They immediately emailed a return label. I had a call from them saying they would replace it. Now fitted and working, super service, thank you!!
