I ordered a battery for $149 because I needed it urgently. After a long wait(days) with no update, I reached out and was told they didn’t have my information, even though I had already emailed it. I sent my vehicle information again and waited once more, only for them to come back and try to upcharge me by over $150. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, unreliable service, and not transparent. I would not recommend. They did give me a refund, I’ll wait to see how long that takes.

My battery failed after 15 months. It was Advance Battery Supplies own brand.Same nonsense advice as given to others on that the battery needs a recharge. Would not accept that KwikFit says it was faulty. Will never use them again. Bought a well know branded battery from a local supplier, at least the warranty is now worth something.

The ABS Heavy Duty battery I bought from Car Batteries Online failed in less than a year. Refund refused.

Rude,Sexist pigs,,do not use this company,,especialy if your a woman.. kept my money and the battery...took ages but today i took my money back straight from their account..!! not so stupid now am I...need a huge lesson in customer service as they have NONE.

Sods law. I was travelling from Stockport to Edinburgh at 4am in the morning. The day before guess what... my battery decided to die on me!

RAC wanted over £100 to fit a new battery. Advanced Battery Supplies came and did it for me saving me lots of money in to the bargain.

If you go to their shop in Stockport town centre, they will fit it for FREE! And you even get entertained by their in house commedian Andy. Its a win win.

Strongly recommend them.

Only company stocking the higher capacity batteries I was looking for, cost - significantly cheaper and delivered next day. Moreover, when I found I'd ordered the wrong terminal arrangement they replaced the battery for me the very next day AND arranged return of the incorrect one, all without extra cost!!

I ordered a battery from this company yesterday and as I entered my Number Plate at time of ordering, they could check if the battery that I ordered was indeed correct for my car. Within 1 min (literally) of placing my order I received a phone call stating the type of battery the website suggested was the Japanese version and not the UK version of the battery. They asked me to take a photo of my current installed car battery including the details, which I did and texted the photo to a company mobile number and they decided that it was indeed the wrong one that I ordered and they shipped the same battery but the UK version to me with free next day delivery, which I received as promised well before noon.

This is the first time I have ever used this company and of course it's not every day you need a new car battery, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future. beyond excellent customer service and super fast delivery, the battery was also well packed!

I couldn't be happier!
