I placed my. Order in Nov 2019 still waiting and we are in April 2020 this is some nonsense

Before I made my order I sent an emai to this company to enquire if they deleivered to the UK. I never received an response which should have been a clear indication that they were dodgy. I ordered over two months ago beforethe Covid pandemic and to date the website appear to have dissappeared and guess what my order never actually arrived. Don't order from them and if they start another sites with the same pictures be mindful they are just getting easy money from people. CROOKS

They stole my money and they never put it back be careful

After waiting three months for my two sweaters, I only got one. I didn't get the money for the second sweater. Three emails with apology but the money was never repaid. Attention!!!

This site is scam. I order some clothes , its been 3 months neither i got the package nor do i get refund. They keep saying refund will be made soon. But till now I didn’t get anything. Such a Big scammers, don’t believe on ad .

THE WEBSITE ITSELF HAS VANISHED
AND I RECIEVED 2 PANTS AND IT IS WORTHLESS AND HOPE LESS NOT EVEN WORTH 2 DOLLARS

This site is honestly the worst scam I’ve ever seen... I did let my guard down and ordered two pair of boots on it.
Now I’m in a mailing battle with whoever is behind the wheel... it’s been a week since this all started and although I demanded a refund and said time and time again that I wouldn’t settle for vouchers because I wouldn’t order with them again, they are still trying to buy my silence with it, instead of just refunding me my damn order. (We went from 7$ to 250$ vouchers real fast)

Please be careful and just don’t order anything through them...

I’m sad to say that I wasted a lot of money to not even receive what I ordered. Please learn from my mistake and never order from here.

Scam site. Avoid

It's a scam. I should know better by now. smh. Don't trust any of the advertising on Pinterest or Instagram.

In November my dad told me about a site called Funbetsey that had some cool vests he wanted to purchase. I went online and looked at them and was impressed with the images. I went back to order later in the month and lo and behold the name had changed to Carbonhot. RED FLAG #1 yet I ordered items for my husband and father with moderate confidence that things would be ok. RED FLAG #2 I tried to track my gifts but the DHL site link sent me to a Chinese only page that couldn't be translated nor tracked. By some miracle, I received my husband's coat the day before Christmas but crickets about the other items which were all ordered on the same day under the same order number. I reached out to customer service and received a rote reply saying the item was still being prepared. We opened the jacket and it's basically a piece of felt with shoddy workmanship no lining and ill fit. I reached out to ask to return the item. I've been going back and forth with reps from this company Romel, Lizelle B and John Paul B since December about returning the jacket, and finding out what happened to the shirt I ordered and have not received. They repeatedly ask for images then respond "well to refund we need you to send the item back" yet they refuse to send an address for return or a return shipping label for me to print out! Each reply I make is treated as though it is the first correspondence. They are snake oil salesmen bilking people out of their money. Their belief is clear that I will become exhausted with this back and forth, I will not. I will also be reaching out to my credit card company to begin a chargeback to their company in order to recoup my loss of the product I have yet to receive. I worked in the fashion industry have worked collaboratively with Chinese factories and vendors and have NEVER been treated with such blatant incompetence! They are either the worst businesspeople ever or thieves. Either option is unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM CARBONHOT

Really bad very cheap material atraight from china . There sizes are all wrong wont fot properly. Asked for a refund they said its to expensive to return so we can give you 40 pervent discount. I don't understand how they do business like this. I don't usually like to talk bab about companies but this total trash dont be fooled by the prices or how it looks in the picture total garbage. You might read the reviews on the website were they sound like its good but im shure they wrote it themselves

Carbonhot seem to be the same company as Megentle lots of issues with both, would not waste your time. You've been warned.

Received the order more than 1 month after ordering. Bad quality and size was off, immediately contacted support to return and received MANY annoying counter-proposals not to return my order (a discount for the next order, etc.). After several days of back and forth by email they finally provided the address to return. After I sent them the order (2 months ago) they stopped providing meaningful responses e.g. no matter what you ask, they respond: we will make a refund when we receive your order back. But since after 2 months they have for sure received my order...

Carbonhot is a waste of time and money.

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the products is shockingly bad. Nothing like the description / photos.

The company do not follow their own return policy. I have been chasing customer services for weeks. For a return you will have to pay postage to china, plus they will deduct the original shipping costs from the refund. I highly doubt you will get even a partial refund. I have been waiting for 2 months.

i ordered clothes in november and received some items a month later - none of which fit me or look anything like the pictures on their site. I was later contacted to say the rest of my order was cancelled, but was never given a refund even though I request it. I have contacted customer service many times and they have stopped replying to my messages and have been fleeced out of approximately $150 in merchandise. Fool me once.....

Questionable company. These items are found on many other sites under different names. The product reviews are NOT good, refunds are NOT given, even thou they say they have a good policy, DON'T believe them, be careful.
