Bharat and Yolanda were great at sorting out a course that would fit me and allow me to pass first time after a 1 week intensive course.

I strongly recommend if you want to pass quickly and without any problems.

I had a really great experience with my instructor Marshal he was kind and kept calm so I felt so confident when driving and taking my test

Very polite and helpful employees at carcaptain, Yolanda and colleagues were exceedingly quick and helpful in sorting out the admin side of things with test bookings, and my instructor Theepa was very supportive, kind and understanding. A little on the expensive side but what you'd expect for greater London and worth a bit extra to have tests etc. booked for you.

My driver, Ahmed, was truly joyful company. He was an incredibly patient and chilled instructor and I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons. Ahmed was humorous, focused, and very supportive. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a driving instructor.

Carcaptain have been fantastic, Yolanda was very helpful and communication was excellent. My driving instructor Larkland was amazing, always made me feel relaxed in the car and felt confident with him from the start. Couldn’t recommend Carcaptain and Larkland highly enough, I passed first time A+++!

A HUGE THANK YOU TO AHMED! I am writing this review with the biggest smile on my face!! Today I am delighted to say that I passed my Practical Driving Test 1ST TIME with only 4 minors in Mill Hill. Please take my advice when I say if you are looking for an amazing, kind, passionate and safe driving instructor then please, please ask for Ahmed!! He made driving an enjoyable fun learning experience. Let me tell you this man knows what he is doing! and if you want to pass ask for him. Ahmed made me feel so comfortable! He taught me all of information that I needed without any complications. He is so good at his job - I was able to learn quickly, have a good laugh with him and pass first time!
Thank you car captain for organising my instructor and giving me Ahmed who helped me to pass my driving test - I owe you a big cappuccino!

Horrible company and customer services.

They would delay your test date or change your test centre even when you specifically requested them.

After them failing to fulfil the contract, I requested a refund five months ago, and until today, I haven't even received a list of refund items that I demanded. They won't even care. If you are in this situation, well I'm sorry but you have no choice but to be super proactive and stand up for your rights to get back what you demanded.

Update: After five months, they just refunded an amount to me, and I still have no idea the detail of the refund that I had demanded.

Great experience, and result, with Carcaptain. My instructor, Ahmed, was an excellent professional guy and the lessons were a total pleasure. I enjoyed the drives with him, his style was very chilled out and humorous but highly effective with a focus on making you a safe overall driver on all road conditions. Not just passing the test. He is very progressive and gets you out experiencing the roads quickly. This approach is reflected in his great pass rates. The result: I passed the test with only 2 minors at Mill Hill! Thank you to Jacqui and Anna at Carcaptain who arranged the lessons and rebooked a test at very short notice due to a lost provisional license. The admin was very good, both Anna and Jacqui were pleasant and responsive over phone and email. I suggest anyone who books with Carcaptain asks for Ahmed! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service , Sayeed was a brilliant instructor. Excellent teaching cues which I used during my test . And now that I am driving by myself on the road! Thank you Yolanda , and Anna who booked my theory and practical and provided me with revision notes for both.

Overall the team was very helpful , they where prompt with bookings and checked in with me during the course.

Sayeed was a patient instructor which kept lessons simple. Taught me to relax, be aware,drive safely and confidently on the road.

Had 2 weeks to get my licence with barely no experience on the wheels. Samir, my instructor was incredible and made me feel very safe and confident ! I cannot recommend Carcaptain enough, the whole journey from getting my theory test to my drivers license was just flawless !! Thank you again so so much !!

Absolutely brilliant is all I can say to describe car captain. I was really nervous when I started and Chris put my nerves at ease straight away. I feel confident in myself and my driving. I felt as though they was helping me every step of the way. The office go above and beyond to book your tests for you at the right times. A top class service start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough.

Failed my test with a previous driving instructor...decided to try car captain because of some good reviews and it was rhe best decision ever.
If you are from south london or willing to travel to south use ATA as your instructor.

After reading lots of reviews online about Carcaptain, I decided to book some driving lessons. I was recommended Bala as the instructor.

He is a great instructor, he is supportive, always professional, calm and friendly.

I passed my test last week with only 2 minors and I am so happy.

I had an intensive course with Theepa at Carcaptain. She was very helpful and honest throughout and lead me to pass first time. I'd like to say a massive thank you to her and carcaptain for all their help!

I contacted CarCaptain about 4 weeks ago with little to no driving experience, I was put in touch with a lovely lady called Yolanda. We discussed my requirements and what course was best suited for me. I decided to go for the 20 hours intensive course with test included. :) I was put in touch with an amazing driving instructor called Theepa, who I would highly recommend!! She taught me to drive in no time!! :D she is able to spot what your weaknesses are when it comes to driving and concentrate on correcting all these faults and get you test ready in no time!! Thank you so much Theepa & CarCaptain.

I was an experienced driver but did not feel like I was improving with once a week lessons with my old instructor, So I decided to search online and came across Carcaptain, it was pretty straight forward to find intensive courses. It is a little pricey because of the amount of hours but it was all worth it. My instructor was THEEPA, (lovely lady) she taught me everyday for 2 hours, always made sure her car was clean for her students and never made me feel under pressure unlike my old instructors. Any week spots I had we went over it several times until I was confident.
I highly recommend Intensive courses with Carcaptain!

Contacted Carcaptain and they got back to me so quickly with a quote and got me in touch with an instructor the next day. My instructor was Ahmed who was so supportive, professional and helped me gain a lot of confidence on the road. He was also always willing to make time for me and was very flexible with lessons. Would highly recommend!

They of course helped me and recommended BALA as the instructor.

Such an amazing instructor,very precise and his explanations were spot on.

I passed today with zero minors and am over the moon.

I booked an intense course and could not be happier with the result. I was lucky enough to have Ahmed as my instructor - and I strongly advise that when you book with Carcaptain - you ask for him! He has very high pass rate & I really felt like I was his only student during our time together. Jacqui & the team at the office were genuinely caring about my result and how I was getting on. I even got a call after my test during a bank holiday weekend, after office hours to check up on me and congratulate me on my pass. I strongly recommend Carcaptain to all would be drivers in London.
