I was so lucky to have the support of the amazing Mahmoud my fantastic instructor who patiently got me test ready at seven months pregnant! Carcaptain were fab, so communicative and encouraging. The combination was brilliant and I felt it such safe hands. Thrilled to have my license!

The team at CarCaptain are absolutely fantastic. Always ready to help and super friendly, I love their honesty too which shows they care about the costumers. I had my lessons with Teepa, she is so encouraging and a great teacher.I love how she explains things which just makes sense and she absolutely believed in me. 2 days before the test I was like I am not ready and Teepa was like we are going, we are going to pass and we worked on what i was struggling with and i passed first time. Carcaptain were invaluable when trying to get Mum back on the road driving with her left leg. They were incredibly helpful and found her a fabulous instructor, H, who went above and beyond to help her back on the road!

Hallam is an amazing instructor, he is very patient and takes his time while teach you. I really enjoyed my lessons with Hallam and I am very greatful to him for helping me pass my test and always remaining positive.

I have had experience driving in the Middle East and it was my first time driving in the UK. Carcaptain suggested 18 hours of lessons before my practical test and it was enough for me to pass on my first attempt. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting to learn quickly as they were very helpful and handled everything from finding a perfect instructor to ensuring convenient lesson and test times.

Both the staff in the office as well as the instructor were outstanding from start to finish. CarCaptain as an organisation was flexible with my requirements and availabilty, And my instructor Thaya was the same as well. He was patient, helped me practice the necessities in the lead up to the test and altogether made me more confident in my own driving ability to pass my test first time with 0 minors.

I am older than most people who take their tests and thought I may have left it too late but then I found car captain, there is just one word and that word is a name, Bharat, this was the instructor car captain arranged for me I did ten hours and past the test first time,Bharat has a way of teaching that just inspires confidence and the only bad part of the whole experience was saying goodbye to Bharat after my test because he felt like a genuine friend, if you want to drive car captain really is the way to do it that’s a fact !!!!!!

CarCaptain handled everything from the theory test, through the lessons to the practical test very efficiently and were very helpful.
The proof as they say is in the pudding and as they handled my daughter's lessons and test very well two years ago I returned to them this last month to undertake my son's theory, lessons and test and I am pleased to say he too is now a qualified driver.

I was looking for a trusted 5 stars driving school when I came across Carcaptain and Zolanda was so great helping me out. I paid for the intense driving lessons and I have no regrets, 23 lessons and test in two weeks. I met a wonderful instructor, her name is Theepa. This woman wasn’t just my instructor but she became my friend and she’s the best driving instructor out there, I can’t stop recommending her to my family, friend and colleagues at work. I passed my test for the very first time at the Hither Green test centre.

Carcaptain have been great, and so easy to deal with, they also supplies me with an excellent instructor. From my initial phone inquiry through to booking of my test they took care of everything.
I would definitely reccomend them.

Having previously failed a driving test, I found Carcaptain so helpful. From the beginning they were very helpful when sorting out an initial instructor and finding a suitable time and test centre. My instructor Bala was very good and with only a few lessons my confidence shot up. Capcaptain helped find a car test time that suited me and booked it in for me and Bala ensured I was completely prepared for this.

I can’t thank much CarCaptian for being the best driving company with absolutely amazing customer service. Passed my practical driving test under the supervision of best instructor, Bala. He would get out the best in you. I would not have passed this test without his exceptional driving tips and skills. I would highly recommend Suresh if you need to do an intensive driving course. I was a very anxious learner, and only wanted to be good enough to attempt the test - I was never expecting to pass it first time. Suresh is very calm, witty and patient, taking the time to explain the mechanics of the car and exactly how examiners mark you. No one was more surprised than I was when I passed with only two minor faults on my very first try. Susan and the Carcaptain team were all very supportive and incredibly helpful in booking the lessons, test and keeping me updated on everything I needed. Well done guys, you're amazing!

Excellent service brilliant instructor Sandy she went out of the way to make sure I was on point with my manoeuvres. She is a star I can’t thank her enough. Yolanda’s customer service is excellent she listens,listens and listened to all my queries,questions needs and demands and she tailored and customised my course around my schedule and needs.
I passed with only two minor faults. The examinser’s exact words were “ you nailed it” I’m so happy and thank you to all the staff carcaptain.

I was treated badly by carcaptain after they forced me to take a pupil who was under the influence into a driving test.
The young man who I will not name said he only drank 2 beers I knew he had drank more even after saying this the owner said to me how do I know he has been driving perhaps his shirt stank of alcohol
I was asked to get him some food let him freshen up and take his test
I refused.
The owners did not want to pay me for the full time as she said if I could obtain proof from the police then I would be paid

After that I was pushed out and they didn't pay me all the money they needed to pay me.

Now I want my money back and I want compensation for being put under ridiculous pressure.
You risked my lively hood.

Please give me my money back

If they can force me to take a pupil who was under the influence of alcohol that tells you exactly the level of professionalism they possess

I opted into a 20 hour week intensive course. I started on Monday with very little driving experience and finished up on the Friday, passing my test first time. Theepa was an amazing instructor and I massively recommend her! Car captain done everything they can to help out and we’re very flexible.

After searching the internet for an intensive driving course I found carcaptain, who had great reviews. The promises made in these reviews were proven true with carcaptain when they put me in touch with my driving instructor, Ravi Kang, a friendly and professional instructor who was very knowledgeable and reflected the professionalism of carcaptain as they provided updates during my course, such as reminding me of the date of my driving test and what I would be required to bring.

Where carcaptain excelled for me was when I failed my first test. I needed to book another test asap at the same location and I was not able to find a suitable time and date on the DVLA website. Carcaptain step in and looked on my behalf, finding an earlier date for me.

If you are in need of driving lessons or like me an intensive driving course, I could not recommend better people to go with!
