Had to wait two hours before I got called. They kept letting people in front of me who had turned up and paid on the day . mine was booked for five months in advance. I paid £29 special offer the day before via email which they sent me for an extra 3 mile drive.To find people were paying £20 on the day. I had booked to drive a Lamborghini but after one hour of waiting told it wasn’t possible because they would run out of time so they talked me into driving a Ford Mustang which was a cheaper car to drive and never got offered any sort of a refund. they seem to do special offers on the day to keep you in the car, but then it pushes time back for those who had booked and then obviously they lose out.

Great cars awful organisation so chaotic. They couldn't even find our booking. Even though we had the confirmation. To top it off, here was no time to complete the cars we chose because they had to close. We arrived on time so this was very disappointing. Treats for two boys who were devastated. Many people had come from afar and were very upset. Were told we could rebook. Just not quite what we expected. Ice creams were unbelievably expensive as were the burgers. Loo facilities were fair. So much parking as an enormous site but got charged for that too.

Awful experience. They made us come at 14 and the 1 st car we drove was at 16. We got a package of 5 cars and due to their inability to organize we couldn’t get the 5th ride as they closed. Their rep at the counter first lied about our timing then said it was impossible . Only after pushing she gave the office number to call and arrange possible reimbursement.
Also for those waiting endless hours to take a 5 Min ride there there is not a single chair.
They dk jot follow their own timetables, you have to wait (impossible to go away and even got a drink) cause they call you out and you have to stay and wait.

Great experience

It was way more crowded than we expected. Long queue to get in, organisation is a complete shambles. Waited 2HOURS past arrival time with no opportunity to drive a car (bear in mind this was for a 3 car driving experience) with a nonchalant response from the staff.
Only go if you have the whole day to spare and don mind standing around in a dry field in the hot sun all day.
Just awful

I arrived on time for my experience and waited over 2 hours before giving up as my window for the experience had finished. I waited in the blazing sun, no shaded areas were provided within the call distance. After 2 hours of standing in the blazing sun without being called I left as had I came into contact with the organizers I felt I would have lost it with them. The tracking system that was accessible by mobile and QR code was according to an announcement to be ignored.

Excellent event visited several times, great they offer for juniors to drive super cars

The car drives fir juniors are only 10 minutes in each car and their not allowed to drive over 60mph,

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience, there was no shade in the area where you wait to drive the cars and it was the start of the first heatwave so I got quite badly sunburnt.

There was also an issue with the check In system where people who were at the top of the queue who checked in earlier were getting pushed down the queue by people who were checking in later meaning people who were waiting since 9am (which was me) were waiting longer to drive their booked cars than people who came later. I spoke to the staff and they corrected it were very understanding and I didn't have any issues with the staff just how the event was managed.

I also couldn't pick up videos of my experience driving the cars as there they weren't on the servers which was a shame because the driving itself was great and I wanted to be able to capture that memory but I couldn't which was very frustrating.

This all brought the experience down for me my partner had to wait hours before we decided to swap the car for one that wasn't as in demand and even though she was next in line for the queue the bug in the system as mentioned before kept pushing her further and further down the line what went from a 15 min wait went to a 30 min then a 90 minute until we spoke to them again and they put her first in line which was kind of them but just frustrating it had to get to that point as it was about 3pm before she could drive the car we were there since 9am.

Another thing as well is some of the cars were in bad shape, trim coming apart on the Ferrari 488, cracked windscreen on the AMG GTS, Porsche GT3RS body work was all scratched up and damaged, all cosmetic they drove great but it felt like it compounded the negative experience for me and what felt like a lack of care in areas.

Overall it was a bit disappointing it's a hard recommendation, the cars and staff are great but it was a grueling process just to get to the cars and enjoy it and there was some basic fundamentals that weren't working.

Brilliant time and experience

Lovely place to go for some fun ans to experience very fast and very nice cars. Our high speed driver Jake was awesome and he really too the car to its limit. This place is oerfevt for xmas,fathers day or birthday.

Plenty of cars to choose from, toilets and food facilities on site, well organised. Instructor Craig was excellent for the Supra GR Pro, clear instructions and great friendly guy - would absolutely recommend this car as its extremely fun to drive with tons of power

Great driving experience with lots of professional advice and for me driving with Barry in the Ferrari was the most exciting and it just got better with every lap ..Great instructor - thanks for making my day exceptional

So I got car chase hero’s as a birthday on 30th of June at brands hatch present, my partner chose the r34 , supra , r35
After signing in was told the r34 wasn’t available that day and could pick from any car they had on a bored so I swapped for the r32
First car I was out in was the r32 on the website it says 600bhp but what they don’t say is that the car has a rev blocker on so even when floor it you can’t get in to any sort of boost before you have to change gear , same with the r35 states on the website 700 bhp but the instructor tells you to change up gear so early you feel non of it as your never really in boost same with the supra , I added a extra car on the the day a c7 corvette and was same again instructor told me we can’t rev it over 4000 rpm so basically half the rev range so as for a a driving experience it’s really tame as all the cars powers listed on the site are probably true but no where near what you feel due to not been allowed to via either rev blocker or instructor telling you to change up gear really early bit misleading , but on a hole the staff was really friendly and the instructors are spot on nice people n it’s a cool way to drive dream cars but just don’t expect to feel the full power or feeling of the cars , I filmed all 4 drives on my meta glasses so everything can be seen

Had a great time at Brands Hatch today! The instructors are very friendly, motivating and precise with their instructions 🙂 will definitely come back again to have more fun! ☆☆☆☆☆

Both the cars I drove were very difficult to drive .the gt 350 had a gearbox that was very difficult to engage due to a heavy clutch.
The Gt 40 would have been impossible for me to drive if the instructor had not been doing the gear changes because the drivers seat was not adjustable I was unable to reach the clutch pedal.
