Amazing customer

I have been with this company for almost a year now and they have yet to let me down and for that I am forever grateful. I would like to give a shout out to Steve Reath from the Lansing location. Steve thanks for the helping of picking out and up my 2009 Chevy Malibu. Its an amazing ride and an amazing company. Thanks again guys.

No pressure approach

I had an enjoyable, no pressure experience. Unlike some dealerships where they pressure you and you exorbitantly high payments thry try to push you into certain cars, that will benefit the salesperson's pocketbook . Its no secret that coming to this dealership, you have bad or no credit. You also understand that you're buying a used car. I was very pleased to get the extended warranty for such a small price. And the extended warranty was explain in great detail to me so that I understood it clearly. Id definitely recommend coming here. As any car buying experience do your homework.

Liz and willy went above and beyond for…

Liz and willy went above and beyond for me!! They stayed after hours because I work 3rd shift just so I can get my car! Even 2 weeks after I got my car I had follow up questions and they helped me all the way through! I would definitely be getting more cars from them!!

Great help a lil rushed but excellent service an very helpful. I do think they should put gas n there cars tho cause now I have a gas card or ticket an dnt know how to use it.

So far everything is good

So far everything is good. I like the low down payment but the payments are a little high. Great company though, some car places only give you one option but this one uses your income and then tells you a price that you can spend on multiple cars.
