Really helpful from start to finish.
Had blinds fitted throughout house plus black out film for an awkward shaped apex window.
Gavin went out of his way to ensure that everything was spot on.
Really pleased with the result.

Service was great from quote to fitting. Didnt feel pressured and blinds are great quality. Had an issue with one blind from the manufacturer and this was fixed with no fuss. Communication isn't fantastic but doesnt really take away from overall experience. With the supply issue currently it cant be held against the company. Would continue too and have recommended to others.

I have been waiting for this company to get back to me with prices for additional work and follow up on initial quotes for 2 weeks after contact made 4 weeks ago. I emailed detailed drawings with requirements and I don’t think they want my business so I have gone elsewhere!
Very poor communication!

I've recently had Cardiff shutters and blinds out to install plantation window shutters, wayne gave no hard sales , unlike the larger well know blind company.

Wayne offered me the same sample selections as all the others, lots of colour options and also a few mini shutters to have a hold and feel of.

I changed my mind a couple of times on styles and colours and wayne was extremely patient and understanding, always offering advice when he could.

I also saved just over £1250 compared to the other quote!!

I always support local businesses as and when i can and ill certainly be using wayne again on my rental properties.

Thanks for your hard work, I love my new shutters!

We recently moved into our new family home which needed a lot of work, not one room in the house had any blinds or curtains.
my front window is a big window and i found people were constantly looking into my house all the time.

I contacted Cardiff Shutters & Blinds they came out measured up and within the next two week my whole house had lovely blinds fitted, the service was so professional and before they left they cleaned up after themselves which is rare with company's.

i highly recommend this company and would 100% use again
