Joana and Gabriel were phenomenal. They made the experience seamless. Gabriel was very transparent and was thorough when it came to treatment planning.

Wally Dental on E 28th St in Manhattan…

Wally Dental on E 28th St in Manhattan was a great experience from start to finish. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free.

The dentist was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how genuinely caring the team was throughout the appointment. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that combines professionalism with such a warm, personal touch.

I highly recommend Wally Dental’s E 28th St location to anyone looking for quality dental care in Manhattan.

WARNING - BEWARE - I WAS SCAMMED & DEFRAUDED

I went for an initial visit. I purchased a yearly membership. Office space is weird; it's located in a We Work Space. They told me a need a deep clean which would cost $700 and scheduled me for 8 days later (tomorrow, Feb 20 @ 8:30AM). I returned home, cancelled the Wally appointment, made an appointment with my regular dentist who has a fully equipped professional office. I had a full check up and deep clean for $160 including my 2026 deductible. I was shocked to see Wally Dental charge my credit card $680. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will be contacting NYC's Department of Investigations Fraud and Corruption Division.

The actual visit was good as far as the…

The actual visit was good as far as the cleaning, X-rays and prep for the whitening trays.
Unfortunately all the additional information about my teeth was all wrong. The hygienist was insisting multiple times that I needed a mouth guard because I grind my teeth and the dentist who examined my teeth online said I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled and needed work on another tooth and I should get it done as soon as possible because both teeth are in danger of cracking.
I was a little bit surprised because just six months ago I had been to the dentist and there were none of these issues, but I did take them seriously and made a dental appointment for the next day.
Where the dentist who actually examined my teeth, said there was nothing wrong with them.
She did say they did a good job with the cleaning.
We’ll see how the trays come I’m hoping they work as good as I’ve heard they do.
Moving forward, I would be getting additional cleanings there are but certainly not taking any dental advice.
