CAREDIRECT.SE is a BLUFF company and have found a way to fool people out of their money. If you order a product you end up buying the whole package of 1000kr. I said that I didnt order that and that I believed that I have canceled this order. The customer service person told me that i had missunderstood and that I could return the products and get a 400kr invoice for postage and admin. Absolutely insane pricing for such a small package. I do not recommend this company and I so regret not checking on TrustPilot before I did my order.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, this company should be taken out of business, poor service customer service line not encouraging, they really need to shot down. Now sending me faktura for a package I return and that I never requested for. Bad business. People work hard to survive in thus part of the world and you are here taking money freely from people in the name of policy. This wil never happen where I came from, wil bring the whole building down with fire. See you in court bcus am not gonna pay a single krono.

I am fallen in some kind of problem becuase I did not order any product from Caredirect.se and then suddenly i got an SMS saying thanks for ordering. I immediately replied to it saying i do not want it.
Still I get a direct Payment reminder ( not even received invoice ) asking me to pay. Then i talked with Customer care who says he has cancelled the invoice but now i have got the inkassokrav. I have wriiten so many emails to caredirect.se and they have not replied to any email . I also sent a letter through postnord but still no reply.
I am totally clueless on how to handle this situation.
I think i should go to Konsumentverket as i dont see any other option

I want to claim a fraud, hence the immediate cancellation of all my data In your system.

Sometime ago I received a phone call saying that I had WON a prize and would receive a test of products at home.

I WAS VERY CLEAR THAT I WILL NEVER PAY ONE SINGLE CENT, that I was not interested.

They insisted on sending the TEST product at NO COST under NO CONCEPT.

However, I received the products together with AN INVOICE!!!

Today I received a reminder for PAYMENT!!!

And I have also received a package again. Unfortunately I did not know who the sender was when I received the postnord advice, and I made the mistake of picking it up. When I saw that it was from caredirect I told the shop that I didn’t accept it but they said they couldn’t do anything because they had scanned the barcode and I had officially received it and it was my responsibility.

THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!
