Such a good service.
I thought it would just be a service that automatically sent my e mail to different homes. But it's more than that. I spoke to Laura who was wonderful. She asked questions about what my family was looking for and the care needs of my parent. She then pretty much let me offload and listened sympathetically. I felt so reassured after speaking with her. I recieved homes details very quickly and then had contact with them directly. Laura also followed up with emails.

Considerate focussed help
Janay took a lot of time learning about my (or rather my father's) needs. I was very anxious at the time and she was amazingly supportive and helpful. The daily updates on the list she sent were indicative of how up-to-date the information I received was.

Care helpline was a godsend!
Your colleague Bryony on the help line was super supportive when we felt overwhelmed by finding a nursing home to support our 83 year old mum’s needs. The shortlist of 7 homes was so helpful and within days we had looked around and chosen Winscombe Hall. Mum is now settling in and we are very pleased so far. Thank you for making the process so much more manageable!

Brilliant service
The lady who telephoned me was extremely helpful and guided through everything I needed to know/do and info I needed to provide very clearly and I knew exactly what was happening throughout.
Information was also emailed to me with follow ups to check how everything was progressing.
The lovely lady even contacted care homes on my behalf and did a lot of legwork for me. This was extremely helpful during a stressful time especially when I work full time.
Unfortunately my dad passed sooner than expected so we never got him settled in a care home.
But I highly recommend people use this service as it was massively helpful for me.
