Bought an electric car 3 months ago. Cold weather stopped car from working and came up with battery faults. They did a diagnostics on the day the car was fine and didn’t show any faults: they wasn’t interested: they then said they did a battery test and gave me a ripped receipt dated 4/4/22 . I told her today is 5/12/23 so why is she trying to give me an old receipt. She said the D&T doesn’t mean date and time: I told her she needs to stop giving me lip service and get my car sorted! Don’t buy from here in Wakefield! As soon as you buy a car they don’t care and don’t respond to calls/emails

Took my elderly parents to Car Shop Nottingham the young lady Emma was an absolute gem patient knowledgeable and understanding of my parents she had the patience of a saint. We were there hours sorry hours and hour ls sat and Sunday they even put a deposit on a car then changed their mind, went for something totally different. Rosie was also a Gem both girls asset to Car Shop. My only gripe with the store is that when I say I don’t want Gap insurance or your Warranty apparently it’s policy for you to make me sit there and waste my time while your sales agent goes through the paperwork with me on something I don’t need. I know exactly what it is exactly how it works so I didn’t need to sit there for 25 extra minutes wasting my time. If it hadn’t of been that it was my parents car I would’ve got up and walked out. Maybe you need to re-look at the way you present your gap and warranty and there should be a section for client says No. other than that is wasn’t a to bad experience with you, but sadly to say I’m not going to buy a car from you while you make me sit there listening all about something I adamantly don’t want.

Brought a Audi A4 at warrington branch, spent around 30k ,I paid over £400 for the car to be polished what a mistake this was going to cost me over £1000 to get the bodywork right again. I’ve phoned them several times but no one will ring me back to sort this out The staff are brilliant when your buy the car but If you have a problem no one will get back to you to sort it out. Please be very careful when buying a car from there and do not get your car polished even if they offer it for free absolutely disgusted with them

I bought a car from the car shop outright cash a year ago, I have washed my car a few times but today I have washed it and it has become obvious that my car alloys are powder coated, I queried this with the customer service on the phone, and he said that you can tell from the images from when they sold my car that they are powder coated which you cannot. I then went into the dealership in warrington ans the customer service was shocking when I asked if there is a manager I can speak to I was told “there are plenty of managers behind this desk” which I found rude. When I was explaining my problem he was shrugging. I suggested that he comes and looks at the car and looks at the images from when I bought it for a comparison and he said “I’m okay” he then continued to tell me his wife has a black Porsche and that he wouldn’t be able to tell if cars have powder coated wheels, this is from a man who is experienced in selling cars. He then continued to say when they buy the cars they do not look at the wheels and just buy the car. The customer service has been shocking, very rude and obnoxious employees. I do not expect there to be a fault with my car after a year, I should’ve been informed of the wheels as I used professional polish on them, even my partner asked before he cleaned the wheels is there anything wrong with them have they been sprayed as I was under the impression they had not I declined as I was not told otherwise when I bought the car.
As I have worked in a customer service setting for almost 10 years I would expect more respect and professionalism from the managers. Due to my age and being female I feel discriminated against as when my Partner walked through the door he was given more respect than myself which is outrageous.
