Excellent service. They had the products that I wanted in stock, the buying and paying experience was simple and seamless and the products arrives well packaged in just two days!

Pricier for the sunscreen I needed, but I trust it's authentic, and it arrived to the States quickly and in good condition.

I purchased two Frank Body Cherry Bomb Lip Tints from Care to Beauty. I know this product very well and have bought it many times before. The original product has a pleasant cherry scent, but both tubes I received from Care to Beauty had the same strong, foul medicinal smell and were completely unusable. They also caused a burning sensation on my lips.

I sent the company all the photos and videos they requested. They then claimed they could not identify a defect, refused to refund me, and advised me to stop using the products. In other words, they acknowledge that I should not use them, but still expect me to pay for them.

I asked for a full refund and offered to return both tubes, provided they cover the return shipping. Their handling of this complaint has been dismissive and unacceptable. I would not purchase from this company again.

My package arrived on time and was in good condition. I received all the products that I ordered, and they were packaged properly and securely.

It's gotten very difficult to find my Rexona deodorant in the States and it's genuinely the only thing I have found that works perfectly for me since trying it in Spain. Care to beauty not only had it, allowed me to buy in bulk, but I received it fast, all there. No complaints, I will definitely be using them again for other orders.

I’m writing this review after my second purchase. Got my purchase delivered within 2 weeks and it was smooth. The site runs attractive promotions/discounts on many brands which I take advantage of and stock up. As my experience has been positive, I recommend Care to Beauty.

The products I ordered arrived in great condition, packaging was good. Shipped right away. If only the romanian post was doing it's job properly, the order would have arrived even faster. But that's a whole other story :))

Delivery was not at the agreed place, and 2 days later than expected. DHL says there was no one home, which is wrong, and they write they have delivered it at home, which also is wrong. They send me 8-9 Emails about the delivery

This is my second order with Care to Beauty. I use this site to order sunscreens from Europe which contain ingredients that are not yet available in the US and work much better than what is on our market. Both times I ordered, I received the orders quickly (this most recent order was within a week!) and the company was great with communications.
