They are professional robbers

They are professional robbers, not at all recommended. I sent 3 parcels from uk to india and all of them was damaged and products were broken. Then my 4th bag was lost by their tranglobal freight company and they couldn't locate it where it is. Now saying give the price reciept for the products and i had some precious memorable items from the my whole stay in that country which i left now. Fuc*ng bastards

Fraudsters in disguise!

Fraudsters in disguise!
Your package is not insured so any damages will be solely your responsibility.
The website says you will need to pay either by volume or weight, whichever is higher.
Once you arrive at their Wembley depot, they will not measure your package in its original dimensions. Instead will insert your package in a full size sack and then apply packing tape all over it. This process easily adds a couple of cms to the original dimension of your package. Addition of a couple of cms to your package increases your volumetric weight by a couple of kgs too. The ratio is directly proportional and generally goes up by 1 kg or more to every 1cm (feel free to test this math)
Once you have your final weight, they will now offer to knock down the price only if you give a 5 star rating on google. No wonder they have around 5000 google reviews (all paid for by the way, apparently)
The package I sent was received with damages and I was told that the custom officers generally kick packages around.
The box was a DHL size 7 box with 15kgs in it, who in this world kicks a 15kg object around and has the capacity to damage items inside. Only the custom officers that Cargo force works with apparently.
Once the package arrives, you will receive random messages from people asking to supply another review on google to a point where you will be harassed. These numbers are not local so not sure if you can file a complaint.
Anyway, overall your parcel will be damaged be ready for this. If you wish to use them. They will first increase the volume of your package with their packing materials and offer a discount later for forced fake review.

They are professional robbers I think. Worst experience. All of my important items are lost.

I would literally never recommend anyone to use this service, they have stolen my food items, my clothes I cannot even begin to describe the amount of disgust I feel for these people. They have ruined my mental peace. I want to complain formally so that they are forced to shut their company in the UK. Bloody bunch of thieves

They placed a collection for my parcel…

They placed a collection for my parcel and the DPD driver didn’t bother to come outside his van and on top of that he took the wrong door picture. Even after that they didn’t bother to refund my £20 charge they charged me for the driver mistake. Don’t bother to send parcel from this company.

The most pathetic

The most pathetic, unprofessional, frustrating and full of disappointment service.

I booked 4 boxes with them (UK to India) and since then, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I completed all necessary paperwork, provided accurate details, and scheduled a pickup for **January 24, 2025**. I waited the entire day, but no one showed up, and I received no communication from the team. Only when I followed up on **January 25, 2025** did I learn that the team had no explanation for the failure to collect the parcels.

I was then told the pickup had been rescheduled to **January 27, 2025**, yet once again, no one has arrived, nor has anyone been able to provide a valid reason for the ongoing failure.

This level of service is wholly unprofessional, and frankly, it's unacceptable, they dont value customers time and they have the most amateur representatives.

Estimation of the cost and Damaged Goods

Estimation of the cost for the weight initially is not charged as estimated . Over charges the money stating the volumetric weight even though it’s under the estimated weight. Although the parcel reached the destination in a bad state with the box being crushed like anything with damaged goods in it. Don’t endorse or refer this cargo to anyone.

My Experience with cargo force is Excellent

My Experience with cargo force is great it is my 2nd parcel which I have sended through cargo force I really recommend it, the special thanks to Raza Shaikh and his team looking after my parcel sending from UK to India. Also, the time they have given me, my parcel reaches before it. I also recommend Ridha whatever I asked within 2-5 minutes she is solving it.

No revert for the longest time

No revert for the longest time, keep on increasing the price knowing the fact I’ve been contacting for more than a week. How am i liable of paying the storage prices when I don’t get revert back.

Don't provide the service they advertise

I booked cargo force to take 2 parcels of my deceased mums personal items from the uk to Australia,for this service I paid £400,they had a itemised list of contents,box sizes and weights. The boxes were very well packed and covered in fragile stickers,after a request for extra money for distance in delivery and extra weight the parcels were picked up and covered in cargo force packing tape? No replacement fragile stickers were added???? When I recieved the parcels in Australia the boxes were very battered and 90% of the contents broken,it looks like they were kicked around the world!!! I emailed cargoforce and their response was they don't pay for glass or porcelain breakages!! There isn't even a basic level of providing the service they advertise to proving!!! Do not use this bunch of cowboys to send your parcels,you'll end up with a box of broken belongings

I’d give zero stars of this pirate…

I’d give zero stars of this pirate company if I could. A family member paid £400 for belongings of sentimental value be sent across the world, Only for it all to arrive broken and damaged beyond belief. It was packaged carefully, with fragile tape indicating that the package was to be carefully looked after and it arrived at its destination like it had been booted like a football across the world. Devastated doesn’t even cut it, so if you want your items to arrive safely, do not use these imbeciles.

Don’t even respond to my review cargo force because you are an utterly hideous company, and I hope you gets what coming to you.

Totally helled experience

It's not like what is said by the ads... they took a long time to respond, collection and delivery. I had started to contact them from August 17. They came for pickup was too late. And it's been more than 2 weeks after they pickup. Still I doesn't receive the parcel. And the communication is a hardcore failure. Still after 2 weeks am waiting for it. And in the ad they told that there is no Abu hidden charges. But there are so many hidden charges that are not mentioned in the ads. Totally time wasting and will touch your nerves of patience.

This is fraud making company

This is fraud making company, they don’t charge you while picking up even if they can confirm actual weight and volumetric weight while pickup and once they picked it up they make excuses of higher volumetric weight and ask for extra charges and once the parcel is at their warehouse and if we cancel due to higher charges then they charge 50 pound so they make customers helpless either pay extra or pay fine so customers is anyways goes for payming extra instead of paying 50 pound for nothing ‼️👎
And when we ask for evidences then they send unclear pictures where we can’t the the clear measurements or they put box against the wall skirting and keep some gap in between and start measuring form 5 6 cm and charge extra on this , here they can use flexible Taloir tape also to measure from edge to edge but they not do this to charge extra, if you see in attached images it is clearly shown that after counting its volumetric weight it is 7.49 but they have charged me for 12 kgs
They are making people fool and doing fraud to make money, if they make min 8 to 12 pound for 1 parcel then it is lot of money getting earned by this fraud.
And also the customer service is very bad first of al they don’t pickup call, put on long hold and then disconnect it from their end and keep stuck on the same point that this is how it is and you have to pay it otherwise cancel it and pay 50 pound cancellation which is very rude language.

Don’t use this fraud company.

Stay away from this service. Very bad service

How this company run in the UK with this horrible customer service, the guy Sameer Pathaan is irresponsible and the lady who speaks over the phone is rude, the lady need to be trained on how to speak with a customer. I have never seen this type of bad service anywhere in the UK.

Very bed service. Expensive items is not ricived there not responsibility staff is not proper answer what a horrible experience 😑 peking up the pekage was very straightforward and sending it took no time but there were items missing from the parcel don't trust them with your parcel

It was a good experience with cargo force as my parcel been delivered within one week without any problem.one of the team member named Hussain shaikh who was guiding us throughout the process was very helpful.He is doing excellent work for the team.
