I was told I was a VIP customer. And so me and my daughter went to get a car. First car had a lot of suspension issues. the passage side seat wouldn't go back only front wards, and the backup camera wasn't working. So, I work 2 jobs and don't have time to be without a car. So, we take it back. I pull in and see my dream car yellow Hummer 3 was dirty didn't care about that. Soon as I pull off the lot water leaking from the roof and the floor was soaked by water coming in threw the floorboards or something. The Ac didn't work either, and a ticking in the dash. So I let them know and the car is in the shop that wed before the 4th of July. Im having to LYFT to work both jobs. I get a call from my family 9pm on the 4th that my father had passed away and My mother needed me to get home. Soi call the car lot to find out how long it would take. And they barely sent the approvals to get the work done So I reach out to the carshop that was doing the work let them know my situation and that they would get it done, so I told them to do an inspection on the car and I will pay for that myself. So, I get a call a week later that wed the car is ready. I get there asked them what I owed them, and they said nothing was owed and that I need to get an oil change before I leave on my trip. I'm like why you wouldn't, just do it why it was here. So, I leave. Sunday before I leave for my trip I get an oil change at the grease monkey and the refused to do my oil change. Because the head gasket is blown, there are metal shavings and coolant in the oil, The Cv axle boot is completely gone, and the gears are exposed like no other. They told me that If I take this car out of town, I will be breaking done and stuck. So, I can't leave out of town at all. Monday, I call and call Carhop no answer all week I just ended up going to work and missed my father's funeral. So I get the car back to car hop and they tell my that its my job to getit fixed that they dont have mechanics on there lot. When I was told the fully inspect there cars. TGhe manager lady seems like she could care less about what I experinced and that It didnt matter the sold me this busted ass Hummer. I work 2 jobs and i bust my ass for my family. At the end of the day they could care less and they grimmie ass sales men know exactly what it was and couldn't even look me in my face. So, I'm telling you that there is no compassion for people any more all these people want is your hard-earned money at any cost to you. So, these people are taken advantage and I'm telling the people there are other places that will take care of you. I was a VIP customer and look what I went thre.

I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave Last week on June 29th and I noticed that the brakes was squeeking really bad, the trunk had problems opening and closing plus I smelled a burning smell in the engine but Matthew told me I had a limit warranty plus I have 7 days to trade it for another vehicle so I noticed this Saturday the car starting running hot with a message saying Transmission running hot engine in idle mode. So I called Auto Tech and told him what happened and he said sounds like the Transmission just blew out and he said he could fix it but he'll have to keep the car for a couple days which I drive for a living so I can not be without a vehicle. I even brought it back to text drive a different car but that Sportage smelled bad inside so I decided to give the Enclave another shot. I can even drive it because it lost power completely today on July 4th. Now I have to take off work to come to Car Hop and either trade this one in for another car or tow this one to a shop and hopefully Car Hop give me a loaner vehicle until Enclave get fixed. I heard bad things about Car Hop but I guess I was desperate. If they don't fix this I will Never recommend this place to Anyone.

Don't buy a car from here they're liars they'll tell you they'll take a certain amount of money you'll get the money then they tell you that they can't help you for 90 days which doesn't make any sense at all

I bought a car here a year ago and then I traded that in this year for another car and they are so professional and helpful and all around a great place to buy a car! I've referred a friend here and she got a car here as well so I will refer people here is they are looking for a good place to buy one!

It was a good decent looking car running good people were friendly bald tires. They said it passed inspection but the vehicle says the tires are bad. My daughter really needed to vehicle though so that's what they got. But bald tires.

It was much easier then I expected. Thought car shopping would be stressful. It wasn't 😉 the 2 men that I dealt with were very helpful

I have always had great experiences with carhop, you can always get a good deal even if you don't have very much income, the employees are very nice and do their best to help you as much as they can.

First and foremost i want to just say how great every employee staff is. I was helped by Megan and she is AMAZING! She worked her magic on making sure i left with a car SAME DAY even with bad payment history but helped me with a plan for me to stay up to date. I recommend my family/friends if they are ever in need of a GOOD vehicle,GO TO MEGAN❣

Morgan was extremely helpful and friendly during the time I was in the office. I haven't had any issues with the car I got that day!!! I am extremely satisfied!!!

So what started as worse day ever. Turned out pretty great. My truck of almost 20 years died. Worse yet? I have to carshop. My funds were low. So figured I would go look. I met Cursti @ Carhop Sioux city. Not only was it not a bad experience. It was pretty awesome. I told her I don't have any down payment right now. Just trying to find out what to prepare for. Long story short. I found a nice ride with no down payment. She didn't rush me. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. Especially Cursti.( hope I spelled that right)

This carhop in Sioux City, IA sucks. How is it you can’t approve someone for financing because of something to do with their Medicare tax. Make it make sense. They wouldn’t even give a reason beyond that. Further more, this is a BHPH place. I do believe that because I wouldn’t show them every single thing that was coming out of my check, they based their decision off that. I do not recommend anybody to go here.

Hi, I bought a car at Carhop in Topeka KS and I traded mine in that I had bought there before I had been emailing Angela the manager about this car because we found out a lot was wrong with it and she basically said there was nothing she could do about it. I was still waiting for the windshield to get fixed after 2 weeks of them saying they were going to fix it. I took it back to her on Wednesday and told her I wanted my car back, that I had paid off and she said no it was going to auction but it was still sitting on the lot. So, I took the car back and told her I didn’t want it as I had to go spend more money to get a different car and she was very rude throughout the whole thing. There were mechanical problems with the car. They never checked the car. She said they only drive it and if they don’t feel something wrong then it’s ok. Never had it checked by a shop when they got it. I have been a customer with them for almost 3 years. I have only dealt with one guy there, but he is gone now and her and the other lady she has there are very rude and unprofessional. This car was not safe, and I found that out after I had my kids in the car. If the boot had finished breaking my kids could have gotten hurt. I want my trade-in back and to be done with this or I will have to take this to court and the BBB.. First, we were waiting on another car for them to get the title and it took 3 weeks before I finally was ready to walk away and go elsewhere and get my deposit back. She put me in this car I think just to shut me up and not give me my deposit or trade-in back. There were mechanical problems with the car. They never checked the car. She said they only drive it and if they don’t feel something wrong then it’s ok. Never had it checked by a shop when they got it.

I have bought car previous to the one I just bought our hop it was dependable and never had no problems with it it was courteous and helpful with everything I needed and I would recommend it to anybody was looking for a dependable car I guarantee you'll be happy with the quality and service that you get from them I can't praise him enough to make you understand that if you're looking for a good car you need to go to CarHop you need financing you need to go to the car they will definitely take care of you you won't have to have to run around the other dealers give you your straight up they give you all the facts and writing all you got to do is pay attention and you will be happy and that you have receive prettiest and helpful information in your drive out of there decent rain vehicle I'm more than happy but you will have to be a judge yourself you have to go in there and they will definitely help you they have a wide number of cars to choose from so if you're looking for a good dependable vehicle or hops place on Clearwater wish you all the best thank you

I had a great experience Noah the sales guy was awesome and got me into a car no problems and g the guy in the back is amazing as well helping me out with a headlight I would recommend to my friends and family to go there
