We regret you couldn't to pick up the car. We inform our clients on the website that it's necessary for the deposit to have a credit card to rent a car.
Otherside, when you do a booking for an airport, there are two possibilities: choose a rental company whose desk is in the terminal or choose a rental company with a shuttle service . On our website you can book offer with the one or the other possibility depending on your wish.

we rented the car in Geneve airport but …
we rented the car in Geneve airport but at the end the car was in Geneve Centre. we had to take a train to the center and we almost arrive after they close
However to return the car we could return it in the airport with no charges.
