I have used them 2 times
I have used them 2 times, 1 where it was in a hurry and I never sign up or showed license before going to the car, so we called, they made everything happen super fast. and everything went super smooth after that.
Second time I booked it a day in advance and pick it up, only using my phone on their website, it took like 2 min. to get it all done, and delivering it back, was super easy and took 2 min. max.
i even forgot to put gas on the car, which was my fault, so within some days, I recieved an extra invoice for the diesel, which was only 8 EUR, which is very fair.
Such a brilliant and convenient way to rent a transporter, for a very fair price.
