[Order #135644] I ordered bespoke mats for my 2020 Yaris, the drivers mat does not fit, the holes for securing it are too far apart. I have emailed several times and phoned (straight to an answering machine) and have had NO RESPONSE from them. I have asked for a refund, but NO RESPONSE from them. Avoid using this company as they take your money but if there is a problem NO RESPONSE from them.

24/07/2023 - Final update - they gave me a full refund but what a hassle getting it sorted.

17 Jul 2023 Update - spoke with customer services (3rd time) who verbally agreed to offer a full refund (in the next 7 days). I asked for an email to confirm (Louise confirmed whilst on the phone (twice) it had been sent) but for some very strange reason it never arrives in my inbox or junk mail. Now when I call no one answers. Keep you posted!!

22/06/2023 The boot liner did not fit which is unacceptable. Worryingly and most concerning, they dismissed without consideration my complaint about the toxic odour coming from the product. This, above all, was most disappointing and has alarm bells ringing!! Customer services was not to the required standard and must be improved.

I have requested a full refund which is pending their approval!

The car mats are of excellent quality and a perfect fit. Great service, kept me informed of progress on my order from order to despatch. Thoroughly recommend.

Took forever to get the mats delivered. Advertise 9-15 day delivery from date of order but I waited over 3 weeks. Had to chase 3 times to find out when I was going to get them. Quality was OK but wouldn't buy again.

I bought mats for my 2012 L322 Range Rover. The front mats they sent did not fit at all. The shapes cut, were totally different. I told them this and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and never heard anything back. I contacted them for an update and still, no one has gotten back to me as yet. Mistakes happen, I get that but here, they Stole/wasted my money and I would recommend you stay well away from them. 2/06/23 Update. I have just been issued a full refund, an explanation as to why I was not contacted and the mats are going to a charity shop.
Regarding your reply. That's wrong, as you already contacted me, once I went live on Trustpilot and agreed, that I would update my review (which I did), as you gave me a full refund. Again, as a result of going on Trustpilot.

My order for Citroen C3 2016- onwards Mat set.
At the point which I left that review the mat set was well overdue.
Took much longer than stated on their website .
I was receiving email updates apologising for the delay but no explanation why they were delayed by such a large margin ?
In fairness my mat set has now arrived and they are nice quality and I’m happy with them .
I also received two further emails to apologise and the long awaited tracking info.
Product I received is well made but communication could be a lot better .
Gave a higher rating based on the Mat set quality alls well that ends well .

Still waiting for my order CM-295515-S. When trying to email, get a reply to say email address not in use. No other way to contact

Can’t at this stage comment on the quality of the mats as they haven’t turned up yet. So at this stage based on my experience thus far not impressed. Paid for next working day delivery-£10 and they didn’t turn up next working day. Called them and to be fair refunded my carriage but then couldn’t confirm if the courier has actually collected them. All I was told after 2 telephone conversations is that I’ll have to wait for the courier tracking update as
Car mats don’t know if they’ve been collected or not as they could be on a pallet of about 500 orders and the courier scans them all in when they get to the depot. All I have been told is that the delivery label was printed yesterday.(clearly not stuck onto anything though) so all in all based on my experience thus far not good. Would I at this stage recommend them- no given they can’t get the simple stuff right like delivering on a service a customer has paid for. IF they turn up tomorrow and I’m blown away I’ll edit this accordingly. However as of today I’d be tempted to go elsewhere. It’s a shame that in an age where we are heated for online business companies let themselves and their customers down by delivering poor service and then not having to face angry customers as it’s all via email or phone.
The mats arrived later than paid for and they are very good quality and fit perfectly. Highly reccommemd the mats. The customer service however needs work.

Ordered standard duty rubber mat for a transit custom, no frills, no edging etc. Nicely cut, good fit, decent fixings to clip onto floor. Delivery took about as long as expected. On arrival, smells quite strongly of freshly cut rubber.....but as it is, no complaints! Good job, will use again!

Website works well up to ordering and checking out but then you need to take a brave pill as you won’t get a confirmation email of your order. After about a week I got an email from a logistics company I had never heard of with a vague reference to my order but didn’t click on anything in case it was a scam.Just a little bit more effort with the end to end process updates would massively reduce the amount of negative reviews of this company.
So about 10 days after I had ordered I did get a dispatch notification from Car Mats UK and my items arrived the next day which was spot on.
My Mats have now arrived and they are exactly as I ordered and as good if not better than OEM quality so thanks for that 👍
I’m now off to buy a jumbo pack of brave pills and big girl pants and thinking of ordering the fully fitted quilted boot liner for my new car. Wish me luck!!

Worst experience ever such a terrible experience and awful time. No real support or help at all. Haven’t received my purchase after ordering 19 days ago and No tracking update from evri still waiting on a full refund

I was really impressed with the selection of products available at this auto parts store. They had everything I needed to get my car running smoothly again.

I received my mats order promptly for my Skoda Fabia Estate, and have just fitted them in the car. I noticed an improvement immediately, and the dimensions were perfect for the car, as good, if not better, than the Skoda branded mats that they replaced. As I drive well over 20,000 miler per annum, I shall be very interested to see how the driver's mat wears... and will update my review after a few thousand miles of driving. Updated August 2026 after almost 50,000 miles all the mats remain in top class condition.

AVOID THIS COMPANY …

Absolutely disgusted with this business. My order was placed months ago and it needed to be replaced. A replacement was sent but not correctly made, personalised or even the right material. Second replacement sent with all the same issues above and this time a completely wrong shape also. Finally they offered me a refund that was weeks ago, now they're ignoring my emails....Absolutely shocking customer service....AVOID AVOID AVOID

Orderd my matts they came wrong I emailed them they said they will sort it,4 weeks later still no matts £44 for nothing..avoid avoid

I ordered some mats for a friend's 2022 kia sportage the dealership wanted £249.99 for mats so I put an order in with carmats and so glad I did.
They fit perfectly and good quality mats. .
My elderly friend is over the moon.
I've now put an order in for my own car.

This is going to be a short but simple review. I'll put some photos on my blog for comparison/further review and a follow up for later date.

I don't consider these the best quality car mats you can buy, but for "OEM" supplied quality they are acceptable to use, and an acceptable price including delivery so would deal with again.

The negatives first, this isn't a reflection on the company, just my experience with my order

Communication. There wasn't much of it, emails did warn they were running with minimal staff, but the reviews on here suggest it's hit and miss. I ended up receiving my order through a different courier and had to chase customer service to get a response. I was actually worried these were dropshippers or scammers due to the lack of comms, but figured they were a legit business after reading the number of reviews they had. They arrived about 6 days after ordering

Quality of fit. The mats are advertised as OEM quality. To me this means exactly as it would come from the manufacturer, so no modification or hassle to fit.

In terms of fitting, YES, the mats fit (Audi A3 Sportback 2007). However I had to give a little nudge here and there and bend the mats over the pop on fitments. If you buy them for the same car as me, I'd recommend fitting the pop on section nearest the handbrake first as the mat curves upwards slightly if you don't and doesn't push on properly

The mats themselves were slightly oversized and stiff, they may loosen over time as they take shape because they're new. Or this could simply be by design to add a little extra protection.

EDIT : 22/03/25 - Just to update that the mats fit better now, the main problem with them is that the pop connection feels too loose so it disconnects really easy. It's not as stiff for rretaining the connection but also means it clipcs on easier. So I increased my rating of the products

This wouldn't deter me from ordering again however, because they were of a good enough standard and a vast improvement over the non-OEM mats that the car seller had thrown into my car. The push on connectors were the right size and give a reliable feel when pushing on too so they're nice and tight

Side note: you might want to change the colour of the sticker stitch on the tag on the mat. I find the blue to be hard to read. Maybe something like white or red would stand out more (white probably) as bright text on dark backgrounds helps to focus the reader

Excellent customer service. Excellent quality of product. Excellent value for money. What more can I say!
