The most amazing customer service! The mat for my wife's Alfa Romeo 156 Sportwagon didn't fit when delivered. So, I raised this with them and Andy was incredibly helpful. I created a paper template, sent it to them and they made me a new mat (which now fits perfectly) free of charge. They really went the extra mile. Recommended.

Fantastic Service and Quality Mats!

I recently purchased a set of custom car mats from Carmats2u for my Ford van, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The mats fit perfectly, are made of high-quality materials, and really enhance the look of my van. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to choose the exact color and trim I wanted.

What impressed me the most was the speedy delivery — I received my mats sooner than expected. I’ll definitely be coming back for more products in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for custom car mats!

Ordered some golf mk5 specific car mats in the better grade of carpet, mats arrived for a mk7. Mats for a mk5 were then sent in a lesser quality carpet. Asked for the difference to be refunded but never heard from the company again

Very impressed with the quality and customer service! I ordered mats for my Golf R and received a text message to say I’d been sent an email regarding the logo I had requested (which I wouldn’t have seen as it went in to my junk folder), this was sorted within the hour and I was told delivery would be within 7 days. This happened on the Tuesday and the mats were delivered on the Saturday!! Very impressed with the quality (I did opt for the premium and it pays to!), they are exactly how I imagined them to be.

Off to the shops tomorrow to buy driving shoes to stay in the car so the mats don’t get mucky 😂😂.

First review on trustpilot, but I can assure you I am a real person and in no way affiliated with carmats2u except for the fact I recently bought a set of mats for my VW golf.

Had a bit of a drama (due to courier company) and mats had to be sent back. However Matt and the team always communicated throughout and sent them back to me very quickly once the issue was resolved.

The quality and fit are absolutely top notch. Will be recommending in the future 👍

Found these guys on the net and they do great Work and the price was fair .We had our order shipped to Canada which is always expensive we loved the quality and the custom touch my wife has a Golf R and we added the logo .One issue the set pins were in different locations .We made Carmats2u aware of the issue they answered and asked me to send a template of the actual mats they sent us 2 new front mats free of charge with shipping a issue they made it easy will always use this company and refer them to our friends

Had car mats for a 3 series BMW. All correct info given still came wrong. Impossible to contact and ignored comms. Ended up throwing them
