Found the space saver wheel online but just wanted a few more details. Rang the firm and a guy called Patrick was really friendly and helpful. Delivery turned up on time too, well packaged and seems good quality.

Patrick was very helpful in confirming the correct wheel for my car. The DHL delivery was excellent. The Road Hero wheel and kit are all as described. The wheel fitted in the well of my new VW, so I am very pleased. I have always had a spare wheel and the VW electric pump and gunge to fill a puncture wasn’t really to my taste.

When doing the initial online order there was a difficulty with my credit card which they were happy to advise on and then the delivery company also proved to be difficult. Carnoisseur were brilliant thoughout all of this and certainly went the “extra mile” for my order.

I asked for a spare wheel for an Audi A3 S3 saloon and I dealt with Pat , he rang the manufacturer’s and rang me straight back. This kit was £100.00 cheaper than the original road hero we were looking at, and Pat insisted I try the wheel on the car to make sure. Which it did, and thank you. The quality of the wheel,Jack and accomplements are amazing.

I spent a great deal of money with these people, they sold me the wrong product for the year of my vehicle. Whilst having the suspention changed we, then find the parts are incorrect. I paid a further £300 to put the vehicle back to standard, Neil the owner came across as agitated and unwilling to help. Don't confuse "being polite" with Neils willingness to help. I was talked down to and treated badly with no apology or offer to make me whole on the money i'd spent. Don't use these people. Their arrogance is incrediable. Lets wait and see how they respond to this, No-doubt I must be in the wrong.

Update, you can say sorry all day long, when I needed help, you refused because it would have cost you money.
Let's be thankful that it only cost me, now you can live with this review.
You might be polite to people reading this however, you turned your back on me, then ignored me. They come with smiles on their face. You put me through pain and trouble. Live with it for eternity reading this review.

I ordered harnesses in the colour Miami blue not realising that there can be a 10 working day wait for this colour to be made. So I rang them up to ask them how soon it would get delivered as they were needed for an mot and the gentlemen on the phone went out of his way to get them delivered to me as soon as possible!! He had them made and delivered in 2 working days from order date! He asked me when I needed them for at the latest and he got them here before that day.
