Renewal process utterly painful - left CN
-Couldn't login to their web portal to administer my insurance (we don't recognise your email)
- Website chatbot atrocious, after answering all questions it just stopped responding
- When you call there's a horrible robovoice taking you through a gazillion menus
- Fairly challenging phone call once I did get through to someone who insists they sent me the renewal price (they didn't!)
- And finally the responses on this website along tell a story.... "we're sorry we couldn't help. give us a shout if you still need us". How can people get in touch if you don't even leave an email address for feedback or complaints?
Ironically the renewal price which I managed to coax out of the person I spoke to was perfectly acceptable but companies that use terrible AI chatbots and make the customer experience need to jog on.
Cancelled policy, won't be back!

Normally you send me an insurance quote…
Normally you send me an insurance quote then you automatically take the money out ? This time you sent the quote and let my insurance run out without any communication, then suddenly you don’t do 6 wheel policies 7 days after it ran out? So I had to insure the bikes and the car separately which in turn cost me nearly £250 more , am I happy, I don’t think so
