Very poor service

I visited Walsgrave Hospital several times between 15-23 Dec 2024, paid every time, got fines for not paying on two of the dates.
Luckily I received and kept the receipts.
have appealed...waiting for outcome
Also trying to appeal using the information on the back of the notice leads no where, took several attempts to get to this page.
Nothing seems to work properly!!!

HOHOHO

HOHOHO, Merry Christmas! Enjoy your £160 from single moms' overdraft!
Their payment machine instructions are nonsense; I'm unsure what language is used when you genuinely try to pay using a machine!!. There is no point appealing as I don't want to risk paying more than 14 days' price. I have tried to appeal the previous tickets- they are unfair robbers

5 YEARS of harassment

5 YEARS ago, alleged I had parked in the wrong place whilst at work (3 tickets in 1 week!)
First stage of COVID pandemic , everything was fraught but as staff had to go to work at hospital.
I appealed and received an email saying CPP were not fining because of the situation.
Next I knew I’m getting threatening letters from their bailiff’s demanding payment and no appeal allowed. This has gone on for 5 years.
Take me to court then.
Pirates- that’s all this company is

Untrustworthy and vile !!!

My car parking ticket was validated by A&E staff and my details entered so I did not have to pay ! taking a burden off me , as I was in A&E Trauma unit with an unconscious partner with broken bones !! I then received a ticket !! I have the screen shot of the entry into the system and an email form the hospital and they still want me to pay ! Reading through the appalling reviews , you are penalising innocent people who have tried to pay whilst probably traumatised by what they are going to face in hospital.
Its disgusting when innocent people ahve tried to pay or have been given authority by the hospital to park.

Awful Scammers

£60 fine for being 51 mins in a HOSPITAL car park. I paid for a ticket, may have entered the reg in wrong so my mistake and don't want to risk contesting for get slapped with a £40 increase to £100 .....£60 is absolutely disgusting!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. I paid for parking at Staffordshire University. I had the receipt to prove it. They then sent me a penalty notice which I challenged. When they eventually got back to me they claimed they were doing me a favour to waive the penalty notice, inferring I had entered my registration incorrectly - completely untrue as demonstrated on my receipt. I think they simply chance there arm hoping to extort payment for an unjust penalty notice out of the more vulnerable public

Profit making agency. Heartless.

CPP payment machine did not work - I tried, security team tried - did not work. I had no other method to pay (phone). I informed the site team, they told me they would contact CPP and void any ticket/charge.

I received a fine - CPP would not even listen. Advised to contact POPLA but my charge would increase. So the "loop" you are stuck in is PAY £35 NOW AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT OR APPEAL AND PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE
Both CPP and POPLA are useless in their support and system. Heartless and profit making come first

How are they in business. Ethics and morals are not optional they don't exist

I just paid a £35 fine with this crew who rejected my reasons for a few mins overstay.
Took granddaughter to a&e in Ipswich and ran in grabbed a wheelchair and checked with staff i could leave car while 15 year old was assessed
Left blue badgein windscreen and once the nurses had settled my granddaughter I moved car as she was safe
This org rejected my appeal and hide behind no reply emails and turnover is £14m?
I can't give zero star or would, how do they stay in business with this level of service which from this site is consistently appalling
No where can I find an email address for them. Well hidden demonstrates their attitude.

Praying on your missfortune.

I was working Friday I think at home and accidentally stabbed my self with very sharp blade on forearm. 3inch long cut on top of the vein deep in to muscle. I dropped everything wrapped belt around my arm and drove to hospital with blood gushing out everywhere. Left my car in the hospital carpark and went to get stitched up. After 3hours plus on my way out I realised there is parking charge in place. I didnt have wallet or my phone with me to be ale to pay before I leave. I asked parking guy what now. He gave me the number to call from home and pay. After around 20min on the phone after registering all the details letter by letter it wouldnt let me pay for ended parking session. It would open a new one but no outstanding payment was the option. I tried to call several times to cust. service during the weekend but noone ever answered. Once they have you they wont give the opportunity to make amence. Unless its a fine. Monday came fine. I made appeal. But all they wrote back to me that I didnt supply enough evidence that it was emergency and im in breach of contract etc etc. So had to pay £60. lucky me they were kind enough to give me 2 week discount. Ow wow! For using hospital carpark in emergency built out taxpayers money!!! Shouldhave called ambulance and bleed to death whilst waiting. That would cost £1000 from taxpayer pocket. At least wouldnt go to this con.

Poor paying equipment, Incompetent responses and they issue penalty notices with a case law threat.

Incompetent company that has poor equipment / systems to make payments, are regularly unable to issue receipts and at times fail to actually complete the electronic banking process so you end up with a penalty notice. They do not appear to check their records to see if the system has failed and leave it up to you to appeal. They should have their license to operate removed (if they have one) and any hospital that relies on their service should cancel their contract for bringing their hospital parking into disrepute and by association the hospital itself.
To add insult to injury my computer virus and threat check system tells me their web address is not secure and cannot be trusted.

Dick Turpin has nothing on these people

Second time I have had a parking ticket from the Pirates of the Caribbean.

On both occasions, legally parked in a marked disabled bay displaying the correct badges.

This company don't know if their backsides are punched, bored or countersunk!!

Most unethical company in the UK

Most unethical company in the UK - avoid using their locations all together to avoid issues with fine print, unfriendly customer signage, with absolutely unethical and irrelevant review processes. I hope this company goes bankrupt for all the pain they cause.

I had 2 parking fines at princess…

I had 2 parking fines at princess alexandrias hospital Harlow. I appealed to POPLA but the found in favour of C P P think they are one of the same companies, but having lost initial email with parking fine reference so
I couldn’t pay fine, tried everything emails tried to get telephone numbers to get the reference numbers. Impossible to do. Then received 2 letters with increased amount of £125.00 each one. I am thinking of getting my local MP involved and taking legal action to expose what is obviously obtaining monies by deception. Please could the person who gave them 5 stars share the telephone number with all of us that have come to to a dead end. Think your review was headed D B be great if you posted contact telephone number of C P P

What a rip off money making…

What a rip off money making organisation.
Reading reviews on-line give this organisation no credit.
If you innocently park in one of their car parks, pay the due fee after putting your vehicle registration in but fail to notice a sign when you have parked in the wrong part of the car park, there is no indication on the machines display giving any information on this mistake, they still take your parking fee then send you an invoice for £60 for a parking contravention. Appeals seem not to be considered in a case such as mine.
Be wary of car parks run by this organisation.

At Colchester day centre

At Colchester day centre, paid on exit what was shown on the screen £3.30, When we got home we noticed that we have put one wrong digit with the number plate although the machine accepted both the number plate and payment. Called over 10 times to be told we have no record of your car (with the full correct reg) entering or exiting the car park. You don't have to do anything they said.....two days later we received a PCN now can't get hold of anybody - funny that!!!

By sheer accident my wife and I paid…

By sheer accident my wife and I paid our parking fee,£13:00 , at the same time at two different machines. £26:00. Gone. I have tried in vain to get in touch with parkingpartnership but have not been able to speak to anyone. Every number I call just tells me how to pay for a parking ticket.can someone tell me how to get in touch with a human being. Even their website only tells you how to make a payment.
