Rip off scam merchants!

Utter scam is the description for this company! Parked at Walsgrave on 2 separate occasions over 4 days , duly paid for the parking duration and have since received 2 parking charge notices - with NO reference to what the breaches were?! It was a machine payment - where you input arrival and departure time and I have my bank statements as proof of payment. Will appeal all the way and see them in court if necessary

Scam artists.

I visited Harlow hospital to collect my son. Stood in the rain with my daughter until the machine which cleverly would not accept card payments accepted cash and gave me a permit which I displayed on my dashboard. Several other people wanting to buy a ticket could not get the machine to accept a card payment. What a surprise I get a ticket saying I hadn't paid. The pictures they sent me are just of the front and rear of my vehicle NOT of my vehicle in the parking space which was displaying the ticket the machine had produced. Disgraceful scam. The machine has clearly been programmed to accept cash payments only so there is no proof of payment. I will be starting a case with resolver immediately and asking the hospital for cctv footage. I will also be contacting the hospital Trust and using my solicitors, Forsters of London, to deal with these people. I hope they like legal bills because they just scammed the wrong person. I look forward to the result of my appeal.

Vile scum, lowest of the low.Having receiving a parking penalty notice at Rugby Hospital I challenged it.I had to rush my wife in as the GP advised this as my wife was struggling and in extreme pain.I drove up to the A and E doors, led my wife in and she collapsed in the doorway. The last thing I was thinking about was checking my parking status, besides I wasn’t even parked in the main car park.My wife was duly treated and transferred to another hospital.I appealed the parking notice but the scumbags rejected the appeal.I will happily go to court to defend my position. These people are vermin.
POPLA SIDED WITH ME ON APPEAL.

THIEVES!!

THIEVES!!! They sent me a lovely fine home even if I provided all the proves of payments of the stay. I pressed charge against them but they still found an excuse to say that I had to pay anyways!!!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I paid for my parking at the kiosk outside of the hospital. I didn’t receive an initial notice of charge which gives 14 days to appeal, with the photos etc and discounted rate, I only received the second later stating I hadn’t paid or replied and owed a £100. Wrote back to appeal twice with evidence of my payment, and they still responded with threats of taking legal action if I didn’t pay the £100. Be careful parking at Coventry hospital! The prices alone are a rip off £3.60 for an hour and then to be charged £100 fine on top 😡

exploitation

The problem is not with the company, the problem is with the government, which allows companies to exploit citizens. Is it legal that there is no phone line or a valid email to call or communicate with them?

Harlow hospital

Visited Harlow hospital for an appointment, and noticed that you have 20 mins free of charge. Saw that you can pay via an app when this period runs out and proceeded to the appointment.
Prior to the 20 mins running out went to make payment, however, the map that brings up the car parks to select doesn't have one for the hospital. As a result, couldn't make payment and received a £60 fine. I challenged this and pointed out the issues I had they rejected the appeal.

A completely unethical company that shouldn't be able to supply service and fine people if suitable systems aren't in place.

Truly Criminal AND Completely Unethical

Met my elderly aunt in CPP Car Park in Carlisle, transferred her to my car with elderly Mum and drove to Scotland for our first break in years leaving aunt;s car in car park. Did the reverse coming home (a day early as my Mum wasn't at all well) and they sent me two parking notices for the time it took me to transfer her luggage to and from my car - 9 minutes and 11 minutes. Lost appeal. Complained to Landowner - not interested. See Money Saving Expert forum for advice

I had park my car at university…

I had park my car at university hospital in coventry. I had displayed the blue badge card and after one week i received a penalty notice by the CPP indicating that you have parked your car in private land, although it said clearly that this is blue badge holders car park. My blue badge card and my car is also registered. How can they send me a penalty notice ? I am so upset. Now I have to appeal God know where that would end after reading lot of reviews about CPP and POPLA. Its indeed looks really bad.

Received 2 parking fines yet paid

Received 2 parking fines for March and April 2021 yet I paid for my parking at Walsgrave coventry hospital on both occasions and luckily kept my receipts. Recieved 2 fines saying I hadn't paid yet on the receipts it states date of parking, kiosk paid at, reg number etc... tried on many occasions to contact CPP but cannot get through to talk to anyone only to pay the fine!! So photocopied my receipts and sent with an email and a letter by post to have it rejected by an automated email reply. No response from them for my letter by post. I'm fuming to have received court letters 1 year on! I phone Northampton courts finally got through after 20 mins and spoke to a lady who said if I pay the £275 I won't need to attend and won't get a CCJ. I'm so upset with how these companies can do this to us! I'm going to have to attend court to prove I've paid...its a lot of stress and upset this is shocking! I advise anyone parking to keep their receipts at all times. I just hope I can resolve this without going to court but haven't a clue how to get hold of any at the parking company to get this resolved!!

Rip-Off Company

I visited Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow on 14/05/2022 and, so I thought, paid the parking fee of £2.90 on the way out. Today I received a penalty charge notice stating that I had not paid. Strange how the display said payment accepted at the time of payment.
I have appealed but not building up my hopes based on previous comments concerning CPP.

Shepherd Street

Shepherd Street, Liverpool.
I payed at the stupid machine. I was not the only person having difficulty. It stated there was no need to display the ticket as it would be recorded on the machine. I received a fine for £100 reduced to £60 if a paid before a certain date which I did. I sent a cheque and a covering letter stating I would be appealing,( but reading other people's reviews it would be a waste of time) I posted it recorded, sign for, next day delivery. Today I received a fine for £100 🤯🤬🤬 Of course I will NOT be paying it they can take me to court if they want too. Next time I need to visit the hospital I'll park in the multi storey where I normally park more expensive but a lot less than £100 or £60 I'm so angry

Received an ANPR activated ticket at…

Received an ANPR activated ticket at Princess Alexander Hospital, Harlow after my relative came to collect me after have a day procedure. Unfortunately, I developed an adverse reaction to the sedative and was kept in for longer. Unbeknown to my relative waiting for me, in an area that he was told by staff he could park in, I have now received a PCN. Well, I will NOT be paying for it and pardon me for becoming ill whilst in hospital.
I have appealed once with the evidence that I have and now CPP are asking for more evidence. You will NOT be getting a copy of my PERSONAL medical records end of!!

Machines PLEASE need to be reconfigured…

Machines PLEASE need to be reconfigured in a lot of peoples opinions as i've just checked all the reviews. I was totally shocked and angered to receive a PCN . I had paid (or under the impression) contactlessly and got a receipt for my parking. I didn't stop to inspect the receipt at the time, i just rushed off to my car as we all do! After receiving a PCN today thru the post upon checking back the ticket says declined and void!. SHocked! and Angry. When a machine prints a receipt you assume the transaction is done. Please find it in your hearts CPP to accept my appeal!?
