Strongly recommend.
I'm not a recreational shopper: I know what I want and I don't want to spend a lot of time finding it. Luckily for me, Stacy helped me sort through the many carpet options available, and I found just what I wanted easily. Installation was timely, professional and the entire Carpet One experience was A+.

Thoughtful suggestions,great communication, and caring staff make Carpet One the right choice.
Stacy Zorn, who helped me with my project was thoughtful and attentive throughout the process. She understood what I was looking for and showed me desirable choices. She then carefully reviewed the products with me and kept in close touch, always answering my concerns within several hours. The carpet installer who was very experienced and professional, did a fine job within a day. Stacy took a personal interest, coming out to visit the site once the job got started and to check on the finished work. I enjoyed my experience with Stacy and the job went very smoothly. The carpet looks lovely.
