Very disappointed with the recent…

Very disappointed with the recent service. I’ve used this company a few times before and always had a good experience, which is why I booked them again for another clean.
However, I was told that due to changes to their system, the cleaner was not aware of the booking. I find this difficult to believe, especially as I was contacted the previous day to change the booking time. I was then informed that the next available appointment would not be for another two weeks.
This felt very inconsiderate, as we had already rearranged things to accommodate the cleaning appointment. If there really was a system change and customer service was a priority, I would have expected someone to manually ensure the cleaner was informed. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled.

BE AWARE! Do not use them

Should really be zero stars,upset and furious are just some of the words that describe how I am feeling.

My £5000 rug has been damaged with brown stains and 2 days later is still wet, our baby’s room carpet is still wet and has started to smell despite them telling us that it will take 3-4 hours to dry.
On top of all of these the guy damaged our tv that was on the floor in the living room when he moved an armchair, he has denied this but the TV was working fine just before he came, and you can see where it has been hit.

I spoke to Darren and his wife and both were rude arrogant and denied any fault.

The wife asked him to email her with photos she said she was not able to open the photos and that she had spoken to the cleaner and he confirmed he did not damage the TV.
I have since sent photos of the damaged rug, I have called the company but no response.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and feeling so frustrated and upset that they have caused so much damage to our flat.

I had Breeze carpet cleaners yesterday…

I had Breeze carpet cleaners yesterday and I’m extremely pleased with the service and results. My carpets are like new absolutely brilliant. I think the chap was called Adam but I’m not sure, I’m in Gillingham Dorset, would not hesitate to use him again.

Great job and very professional

I tried the service of Breeze for the first time and I am extremely satisfied with the work provided. The cleaner who came to my place, Adam, is very polite, friendly, serious and meticulous with his work. He cleaned deeply my mattress and my sofa and the job is perfectly done. He also left the space he used very tidy and well organised. I would definitely recommend Breeze.

Very unprofessional and unreliable

Very unprofessional and unreliable. This is the second time that I’ve had a no-show after confirming the appointment. I thought I’d give them a second second try and give them the benefit of the doubt and that was a mistake.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Cancelled first appointment and 1 hour late for second time. No apology. Very rough guy with hardly any English. I wanted a couple of tiny extras and was of course prepared to pay. He went away for about half an hour and when he came back said the price would now be £50 more than original quote. We parted company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely terrible company !! Carpet cleaning skills 0 & customer service from Darren disgusting

Absolutely terrible company !!! I used them a few years back & was happy so god knows why they’ve gone so down hill. I googled them last week to use them again a 2nd time and noticed bad reviews however as I was previously happy I went with them anyway… I wish I listened to their reviews because 80% bad and only 20% good is a shocking amount of un happy customers. They sent someone out who could barely speak a word of English so it was hard to communicate With them to ask them about the extras we’d added on etc as we paid for urine neutraliser and the guy wasn’t putting any of that on. He then went over the carpet and never went right to the edges, there was still stains on the carpet and when we asked him if he could just go over it once more he said no and then said he was leaving. We called the office and spoke to Darren who was extremely rude & unhelpful, he said if your not happy then go somewhere else. Honestly do yourself a favour and listen to the 80% of bad reviews online !!!!!

Highly Professional

Never used a carpet cleaning service before, but there are enough videos online to give you some idea of what to expect. Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward. Adam did a fantastic job and had no problem taking direction on which areas to go over again. He was friendly, with a great sense of humor. Dragged the large cleaner up three flights of stairs without complaint. Would highly recommend Breeze Carpet Cleaners for anyone looking, and you would not be breaking the bank either.

Poor is an understatement, worst company ever

Poor is an understatement, this company is totally useless and shouldn't be trading.
I am absolutely disgusted with Darren and his company. Their attitude and after sales service is appalling.
After sending photos to Darren to see how my rugs had been left he has refused my calls and not answered my emails. Once they have your money they don't care.
They have ruined both my rugs, leaving them with dirty brown staines all over.. The rugs were soaking wet for four days after treatment even though they stated they would dry in 4-5 hours.
The cleaners were in a hurry and certainly did not care about the end result.
Darren is rude, unprofessional and absolutely untrustworthy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY even if there is one good review, they are totally useless.

Don’t use this company they are bad

We hired this company to clean 2 x armchairs and 2 x sofas.
One of the two armchairs was badly stained and we just hoped it could be a little better if professionally cleaned, the other armchair had a few marks that we felt could be removed.
The 2 x sofas are in very good condition and just had general everyday light grime except for one arm of one sofa that was dirty from use.
Breeze sent a pleasant married couple who are sub contractors to breeze so not employees. From my conversation with Darren who handled the booking and who we phoned twice to complain (and was very unhelpful) we understand Breeze has little or no control over their sub contractors and are only interested in taking the money (don’t give them your money).
The contractors came in and from the start I could see that they had no pride in their work and just wanted to finish as they told me they had another job to go to.
The job itself - I had to tell them to do the backs of the sofas as I noticed when they had ‘finished’ one and were moving on to the next that they hadn’t even moved the settee away from the wall to clean the back. The two armchairs look exactly the same as when they came. I had to ask why they had a strong stain remover in a spray bottle in the husbands hand that he was not using, after 2/3 times of asking begrudgingly he started using a little.
The cushions on the sofas were not cleaned right to the edges so the binding all around the edges is still dirty. I had to clean the arms of the sofas myself after they left and the dirty marks came out quite easily.
Basically they just wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible.
Hiring Breeze was a waste of money. Darren wants photos of the grubby bindings which is impossible on a self patterned cloth. If you are having your furniture cleaned I would not have Breeze if they offered it to me for free, save your money and go to another company.

Waste of Money

There service was unbelievable I was not impressed at all finished job way too quick and don’t recall a change of water after they cleaned my mattresses then moved onto sofas and still after drying for two days the mattress and sofa looks unclean and I am still itching not happy I spoke to Darren about the service who was very hostile and not helpful at all they do not live up to there standards at all and are very misleading and so are some of the reviews which made me choose them as a company as I thought they would of done a way better job than they did and I will be writing on other platforms Facebook insta and others so people know don’t waste there money with this company. Darren had the cheek to tell me he has been doing this for 11years and he was not even present on the job

Awful experience

Very disappointed with both the clean and the customer service. I had a 3 piece suite and a rug cleaned. I was booked for a 1hr 30min appointment. It was changed to an earlier time as they had a cancellation. It was all done in less than 1hour. Had to point out a couple of missed areas. Everything was left very wet ( was still damp 24hrs later despite the 3-4hours stated on their website) as the suite dried marks became obvious. Out of curiosity I wiped over with a white kitchen roll, it was filthy. The rug was dirtier around the edges than before it was cleaned. None of small stains had been removed.
Phoned Darren straight away and was told he would get in touch with cleaner and call me back.....nothing. rang the next morning left a message with someone and again was told I'd get a call back .....nothing. emails sent with photos of findings and still nothing. Awful service now out of pocket and no better upholstery. The guy also put his equipment in the van and left before asking me to sign the approval on the invoice.
All reviews on website are 5 stars, saw another bad review on the same day as my experience which has since disappeared. Seeking advice from CAB

Pleasantly surprised

Having read the previous reviews on Trust Pilot I was apprehensive about booking with Darren. As you pay once the job is complete, I literally had nothing to lose if they didn't turn up or it was a poor job.
Booking was easy via email (a couple of days to reply but it was over a weekend). Great price (50% off).
Darren was running a little bit late but kept me informed by phone. We had 2 sofa's and a large rug cleaned in about an hour. We are really pleased with the results, sofa's and rug look amazing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

Had an absolutely terrible experience trying to book in a sofa clean with somebody called Darren. I wanted a sofa deep clean which he quoted me £44 + VAT on but apparently the minimum call out is £60 so I asked him to do my clean entry hallway just to make up the difference which he quoted me £18 + VAT so in total it should have been £74.40 incl VAT in total. However, Darren for some inexplicable reason went against his own quotations and suddenly wanted £80 for the two jobs. When I asked him if he would accept £75 he just said no and repeated the £80 quote without explaining. After refusing to answer my question he then unilaterally decided that I should look elsewhere for a cleaning service, never to use them again and told me to get lost. I have never experienced such a terrible service in my life and I hope nobody else uses this terrible and offensive company.

A waste of time

I’m shocked at the service received. Changed the appointment time at last minute. Arrived and said he might not get the stain out I said ok see what you can do. So he said he was going out to get the machine. 15 mins later he was nowhere to be seen. He had left my front door opened and called his boss to say he wouldn’t be able to meet my expectations and there was a text on my phone saying so. Dishonest and shady.
