Great cleaning services! Great customers service! I recently sold my condo and had them do a move out cleaning. Cleaning crew showed up with all required equipment and worked pretty quickly. From mopping the kitchen floors to shampooing the carpet in the bedroom. Very happy with this transaction. Highly recommend them!

I live in Australia and wanted to order cleaning service for my grandma in London. Home Maid Clean was super convenient and awesome because I could easily control and arrange everything remotely from a different city ( super user friendly! ). Plus my grandma loved it. She was happy with what the cleaner did with her place.

I highly recommend Home Maid Clean. Hired them for a move out clean for my old house. Two cleaners for three hours each. Rates were reasonable and was very prompt in replying to questions. Truly excellent, sensitive, organised service. I found my place cleaned and organised to be great satisfaction.

I had my carpets cleaned by Home Maid Clean yesterday. I am really happy with the final result. The carpet cleaner moved the furniture, the bed, the bedside tables. As a result, my carpets smell sooo fresh and they look soooo clean. It took them only a couple of hours to dry, but I still could walk on them as the carpet cleaner gave us overshoes. Excellent job and it was not expensive at all! I will use them again!

My maid has been cleaning my home on a regular basis for almost 3 years. I like that we have a regular schedule set and I know when she is coming and when I come home my house is fresh and clean. She is very thorough and pays attention to the details. Thank you Home Maid Clean for all that you do to make life easier for us.

Tremendously professional and thorough. Carpets were deep cleaned and shampooed and look wonderful! Additionally, some furniture needed to be moved to accommodate the cleaning and this was able to happen swiftly and without disruption. Great crew!

We had Home Maid Clean to clean our house at the end of our tenancy. We are absolutely delighted we found them on internet. They came and cleaned the house from top to bottom and also steam cleaned the carpets and the sofa. They were very professional, prompt and completed the cleaning on the same day. It was very easy to arrange the cleaning over the phone, they showed up on time and the whole process was as we previously agreed. Their service is not expensive and yet it was brilliant. We are so pleased with their service and very happy that we chose Home Maid Clean. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional cleaning.

I booked an initial clean with home maid and was hoping to book a regular, 3 hr weekly slot. Dealings with the office were fast and efficient, however I was left feeling thoroughly ripped off by the service I received.
I asked for an english speaking cleaner, which I was guaranteed would be sent, and sent a list of areas to be cleaned.
Our cleaner arrived at the agreed time, and I left to let her get on.
I came home only to find that the house had hardly been touched, the cleaning that was carried out, would have taken me 30 mins and not the 3 hours allotted.
The skirting boards were not cleaned, nor were the windows. Upon follow up, the cleaner said that she did not see any window cleaner, despite a bottle of liquid clearly marked 'window cleaner' being provided in the bucket, and had been opened by the cleaner! Floors had been minimally cleaned, smear marks over electrical equipment and furniture, floors had been cleaned only in the middle, no effort made to clean to the edges, so floors were only 50% touched.
Mugs still left in the bedroom, which i would have thought would have been taken down, kitchen cupboards and tiles not cleaned as asked.
Despite running through all areas to be cleaned, none of this was carried out. Whole rooms / areas not even touched despite walking the cleaner around the house and showing what needed to be done
This was apparently put down to 'confusion' - which I find hard to believe when a list was sent through of areas to be cleaned prior to cleaning.
There has been no attempt to offer me a complimentary clean, or my money back. I ended up doing the cleaning myself that evening. A horribly disappointing experience!
