Great communication. Great customer service and follow up. We changed our choice of flooring a couple of times due to technical issues. They took it all in stride.

From the advice we got on carpet selections, to measuring, to the installation, the result of the carpet that was put down is excellent. It is perfect and more beautiful that we ever expected it to be.

We had been searching for a specific type of tile without success until we got together with Carpet One. We had a little bit of hiccup in the installation on the stairs, but otherwise the experience was just great.

The staff and installers definitely get 5 stars from me - they were helpful, professional, and responsive. My only frustration was that we weren't able to find a vinyl plank product that truly color matched my (fairly standard I thought) red oak wood floors. But the staff bent over backwards to try to find one, they worked around my crazy schedule, and even replaced the transition pieces with absolutely no fuss (I didn't like how the original ones fit). I would definitely recommend this knowledgeable and competent team!

This is one of the best companies I have the pleasure of working with. Their Sales and Install Teams are top-notch and have never failed to impress me in their ability to source the product, meet schedule and finish on time.

I rarely write reviews, but felt that I should regarding my latest experience with Carpet One. We've used them over the years for carpet and tiling in our basement and kitchen. This time, we were installing hardwood and carpet upstairs. Although we'd put a lot of thought into selecting the carpet, I REALLY disliked it once it was down. I wasn't aware of their guarantee at the time, but Ashley told me that they would replace the carpet at no additional cost to me as long as the replacement carpet was the same or lower cost. If it were a more expensive carpet, I would only pay the difference for the increased price per square foot. When I asked for larger samples of our choices for the replacement carpet, Ashley was able to get them within a few days. The installers came back out, removed the existing carpet, and installed the new carpet. Since the new carpet that we selected wasn't more expensive, we weren't charged anything else. I'm so happy with the final product, and I would definitely recommend Carpet One (and Ashley).
