Went into administration with my carpet in the warehouse.

WAS GIVEN A DATE ON MONDAY TO FIT £700 CARPET I PAID FOR .AND SHOP CLOSED AND TAPI HAVE NOT GIVE ME AND LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE OUR MONEY BACK OR GIVEN US OPPERTUNITY TO COLLECT OUR GOODS.....................

Lovely lady Emma on desk was happy to go through different prices for what we were looking for. Good conversation too.
Josh came to measure up for us, he was precise and a friendly guy to chat with and my dogs loved him to bits.

Brilliant service from Rebecca today when we bought new flooring for our home. She helped us to pick everything we needed and helped us to arrange to right finance agreement for us. We would definitely recommend the Barrow branch and will come back again for any future purchases.

Helpfull staff and easy to get my order and fitting sorted

The service was excellent all points laid out and explained very clearly ie deliveryand fittingof the carpet. The sales assistant was very polite and helpful.

Going into the store was great being able to take samples home was great getting the quotation was great 14/03/2024) paying was easy 17/03/2024. Once payment was made I was advised that it was urgent upon being told two to three weeks and it would be all done. Fair enough there was an Easter bank holiday but shouldn’t delay it that much now fitting is not going to take place till the 6/05/2024 that just over seven weeks that’s a little different to the two to three weeks that was promised. Over all very disappointed

Emma has been incredibly professional and friendly and the help and support she gave me in making my three carpet purchases made my experience a very positive one.
She is a valuable employee and I would seek her assistance in the future

Brilliant staff, the manager I think her name was Emma she was really nice and talked us through buying a carpet process brilliantly, I couldn’t recommend them more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered our carpet in January, waited 6 weeks for the fitting. Both my husband and I took the day off work to move furniture. Only to discover that the fitting had been cancelled with NO explanation. Was offered a refund when I called to find out what on earth was going on. My husband drove an hour to the shop to claim said refund Emma shook her head refused to give refund. Shocking customer service, no communication and con artists.
Save your time, money and sanity and go to CARPET WORLD down the road for a 5* service.

Staff were lovely ....Nothing too much trouble
