From start to finish, the process was simple.
Booked online. Rep came with samples and booked for fitting.

Darren came to fit the carpet. He text on the day, his expected arrival time, and came on time.
He's done an excellent job. We are delighted and look forward to booking Darren again soon.

The guy who was looking after me was very helpful and answered my queries. Very competent and knows his stuff.

When the carpet I wanted was showing as a 6 week lead time, they switched to a larger carpet at the same price not to loose the sale. Very good service

Paid over £3000 to have my flooring done 7 weeks ago, I’m pregnant with preeclampsia I called the morning of the fitting to check all ok was told yes. Moved all my furniture only to be told that no they had ordered the wrong flooring I’m still waiting a week later. Caused unnecessary stress to me and baby and I’ve been in hospital because of this. Please if you have any common sense do not use carpet rights I would have been quicker and cheaper getting materials elsewhere and finding somebody else to fit. Do not make the same mistake as me.

Tobias couldn't have been more helpful. When he realised the installation was in another area he suggested sourcing the flooring from there (as there was a large delay for the Brighton store) and spoke to the store to organise, even though (I assume) they wouldn't have got credit for the trade. He applied discounts where possible to ensure we got the best deal.
This is the type of service people want - excellent.

A big selection of carpets for all budgets. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. He explained the services available and went through our order before completing it to make sure he had all the details correct. First class service.

William Dean made my experience at carpetright wonderful. He answered any questions I had professionally and was happy to offer products that were affordable also did the same job.

Will was very knowledgeable about carpet and sundries which made the whole process smooth. Offered some good advice and greeted us with a smile when we visited the Brighton store to order carpet for our daughter’s bedroom. Nothing was to much trouble for him even though we changed our minds several times.

Will who served me was very friendly and helpful. He also tried to keep the overall cost as low as possible for me. I've taken off a star as he could've made it a bit clearer what all of the different costs corresponded to (there was a fee for arranging the installation for example, which wasn't explicitly mentioned)

But the system was down so it took a week before we could pay and set a date for the work
