Just ordered our carpet so it hasn’t arrived yet but we have used Carpetright solely for the past 25 years for all of our carpets and have always been delighted with the service. Good quality carpets, excellent customer service. Andy at Chesterfield branch has been brilliant, really courteous and helpful - we are returning again very soon to order carpets for our next 2 rooms so would definitely recommend!

Jon, helping out at Chesterfield branch, gently took my wife and I through the purchase of a bedroom carpet! Yes no pressure, just easy to do business. Job done!. Carpet fitters turned up next day, yes next day, and completed the contract!

Very good estimation service - very quick, thorough and very good service.
Very poor after sales - carpet fitter scratched the walls and took out chunks of paint and just didn’t care - and carpetright did not want to know - there is a grey area where carpetright sort out the fitting but actually this is a third party. Very disappointing service and have just been told that it is between us and the fitter. We have really been stung by this. Carpetright are very happy to take the money but don’t actually seem to care about the customer.
18/6 update over 2 weeks since this awful experience and it has got worse with further botched jobs by carpet fitters and carpetright disowning the process - head office were very quick to point out that they would look into it when they received this negative review but that is all talk and no action - not heard a thing from them. Do not use carpetright - the experience has just been awful

The lady who served me Elaine was most helpful she couldn’t have been any better she advised me which carpets to look at in my price range£50 plus same with the underlay it’s been a few years since I had a new carpet and I thought I may find it hard with being on my own since losing my husband but I had no need to Elaine at the Chesterfield store was great.Thank you and I will look forward to having it for a few years, I will definitely shop there again.xx

No delivery of my beds and only told on the day of delivery! Visitors expected!!!!!

Ordered a 4 draw devan and got a 2 Draw.
I've emailed and rang the sales person who dealt with it on many occations but never get anything back in comunicatiin what so ever. They have my email and mobile number but nothing been waiting since November. Customer after sales is shocking.
