Thoroughly personal service. Very friendly staff who took time and great care to help me get the carpet I wanted.

The website was easily usable, it did what we wanted, we ordered and paid.

Caroline at Dorking shop is super helpful and knowledgeable!

Sloane Carpet, was fitted on upstairs landing 2022 and started piling within months and looks very worn and old within no time. Hoovered once a week and not wearing shoes inside. First complaint nine months after laying was ignored, after second complaint senior surveyor visited and confirmed that it should not look like that. Then again 5 month no word, finally another independent surveyor came from manufacturer. Manufacturer/Carpetright decided piling is normal with footfall and so is quickly worn appearance normal with this carpet. However, we were not advised/warned when bought that this carpet would be unsightly within month nor that hoovering needs to take place much more frequently than once a week. We cannot recommend this product, nor poor customer advice on purchase and certainly not Carpetright as complaints procedure very lengthy (9 month) and different opinions between own surveyor and manufacturer. Certainly problem not solved and will not buy further low quality products from Carpetright. Thankfully only had the landing done and not bedrooms.

On 19.6.23 I paid D/D £1,444.84 for my study & downstairs shower room carpets & have heard nothing since.
I will be going int the shop on Sunday to see what is going on.
Dreadful.

Was blown away by the super service we received when we popped in o browse laminate flooring .
Caroline was so helpful and answered all our questions in a most professional manner - we have ordered exactly what we wanted with no hard sell just good old fashioned service.

The two ladies who served me on the two separate occasions that I visited the shop knew their business. The first showed me the various choices of carpet within my price range which included a discount. Worked out a price and kept me in touch via email as to a visit from a carpet surveyor. The second was extremely helpful and efficient in preparing the final invoice and organising a date for a fitting. Couldn’t fault the professional service from both ladies.

First class service from the complete team. Gary came to measure up, very experienced and professional. Caroline in Dorking took the order and fitting date responsibility, perfect again all the way. Then Liam and Bill arrived to fit, great guys that did a superb job in a 500 year old house with many quirks. Cannot recommend more highly.

I popped in to look at carpets. The staff were all very helpful. Caroline who I think is the manager answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed

Caroline, Sarah and Ruhina were very helpful in understanding my need in that I was looking for carpet samples for an Arts project.

Received some fantastic advice from the staff in Dorking. They were helpful and really went out of there way to explain about the different flooring products I was looking for but also so friendly and approachable, really knew there stuff.

From start to finish a really pleasant shopping experience.
I was served by Caroline at the Dorking store who was super helpful, very friendly and professional and assisted me in choosing the right carpet and also underlay for my stairs and landing area. She took the time to explain to me the difference in underlay options too so I was able to chose the most economic option with highest quality. At no point did I feel under any obligation to purchase. The environment is down to earth and people are easy to talk to (I previously dealt with two of Caroline’s colleagues who were equally pleasant and helpful). Caroline explained to me the whole process of getting the measurements for the carpet and the actual fitting and she recorded on the system my carpet and underlay choices and applied all the discounts that were available at the time to secure the best price for me. She then booked for me a carpet consultant Nigel to come and measure up exactly how much carpet and underlay I will need. Nigel arrived on the designated date and was on time and not only courteous but very helpful and friendly too and I paid for all my items in a comfort of my home using my credit card (all the discounts that Caroline locked for me at the time were in Nigel’s tablet and applied to my final price).
I was then contacted on the same day by Caroline who thanked me for making the purchase and booked for me the carpet fitter on my preferred date and explained to me the next steps.
Again, Caroline was very personable and helpful, so easy to deal with!
I am now looking forward to having my new carpet fitted soon!

Really helpful friendly staff, I had a very unusual request which they met with enthusiasm and courtesy. Next time I am looking for carpets, I will definitely return.

I visited your store this week and was given some good advice by Sarah and Caroline. I haven’t made my mind up yet about the carpets but the girls were very helpful and friendly.

We are starting our journey renovating our home and popped into Carpet Right (Dorking branch) Tuesday morning.
We were greeted by a helpful lady who asked us a some questions and pointed us in the right direction and left us to browse for a while.

The lady came and asked us if we needed any help and answered every question we had to throw at her.

We were given some helpful tips and information and also explained how to order free samples.

We will be back to see Caroline in the next few weeks once works are coming to an end (hopefully) at our property.

Fantastic customer service!
We went in today for new laminate flooring to make the house baby proof for our little girl and all the team couldn’t have been more helpful with giving advice on what we need to consider eg waterproofing. We have recently had our carpets redone with Caroline’s recommendations so came back for the laminate knowing we were in safe hands, special thanks to Caroline, John, Sarah and Gary the surveyor (who was incredibly helpful and thorough). We will be back for our stairs soon based on our service to date, thank you!

Caroline was really helpful from start to finish despite being so busy in the store on her own each time. She provided us with numerous quotes and great advice. The measurer who came over was great at advising which carpet was best and the fitter Kingsley was brilliant. We had carpet and vinyl fitted and I'm so pleased with it.
