Darren and Mark are just brilliant
Darren and Mark are just brilliant. Made use of the 10am browsing period on a Sunday to pick a carpet and underlay. Darren helped us with the selection of door plates, underlay and everything we need. Also took time to talk us through what would be needed for stairs if we decide to fully carpet or have a runner. All set up for our next project.

Good service and range of products, prices reasonable.
Reasonable prices, and good range of products. Generally satisfied but just two things that could have been better.
1. Carpet installation date 13 days after order, which I find excessive, (I was expecting up to 7 days).
2. Cost appeared on invoice (admittedly within cost quoted). £10 "administration cost for arranging fitter". I know, only minor thing but a bit annoying.

Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced staff
We were dealt with by Mark and he listened to what we needed from a bedroom carpet. Mark showed us various options, including offcuts, but never tried to influence our decision about how much we spent. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of carpeting we asked about and instilled confidence in us about our decision.

The team at Carpetright in Guiseley could not have been more helpful! From assisting us in establishing the value of our damaged carpet, to offering good solutions for a replacement, discussing the relative merits of different carpet and underlay options and even coming out personally to measure up to ensure the carpet could be ordered and installed in time for a forthcoming wedding, they did so much to ensure our choices were well-informed and that we had an exceptional experience.

Excellent customer service
We called into the Guiseley store to order a front room carpet. Nice big store and lots of choice of products. Customer service was excellent and good advise given re additional products - underlay etc. Delivery and fitting lead time was flexible and worked to fit in with our schedule. Very happy with the overall experience.
