Very helpful
The lady in the shop offered her help but wasn't pushy. I told her what I needed the carpet for and in my opinion she steered me in the right direction. Nice pleasant manner.

Carpet right supplied a creased carpet…
Carpet right supplied a creased carpet (4 separate deep creases) that concerned the fitter, who took it upon himself to take photos of, so the blame wouldn't like with him - yet fitted it anyway. He was told to fit it anyway. He pointed it out after. Had we known before, we wouldn't have allowed him to proceed. Carpetright have since passed the buck, and are doing everything they can to wiggle out of replacing it, citing 'policy is to wait...' Lowestoft branch absolutely shambolic. Manager self confessed new to the job and hasn't got a bloody clue. Additionally, wanted to deal with my husband, not me. Don't touch them with a barge pole. Have complained. Will be taking them to small claims court.

Great service and value for money.
Both the sales and surveyor were professional and they helped us out tremendously as we wanted it fitted fairly quickly.
The fitters arrived on time and laid a bedroom carpet & en-suite vinyl in no time at all and they hoovered the room and left no mess at all.
Splendid service, I would recommend Carpet Right to my friends & family and no doubt use them again in the future.
