Took my money now no carpets
never said to any staff and customers
fraud as far as I'm concerned the salesman said at my place he knew what was going on ..Now wait for a refund with no carpets down ..fuming don't co.e close...refund or at least fit the carpets for who has paid 😡

Informed store to tell the fitter that could not arrive before 11am. The person said yes ok I’ll let them know but did not ask for any details of who I was and the location. Seemed dismissive in their tone of voice. On the day of fitting the fitter turned up at 0830 and whilst I was at work in a meeting had the message that were at my address.
Fortunately the fitter was able to return later in the day at a time that I would be home. Did and excellent job fitting it.

I returned to the Redditch branch of Carpetright, after using them in the past.
This time it was for vinyl. There was a vast range suitable for a kitchen.
We were advised to have the free survey prior to fitting.
The fitter used by Carpetright was brilliant ! Polite and very efficient.
A huge thank you to Tom who made the whole experience very easy. Polite , friendly and knowledgable. An absolute asset to the company.

Terrible service. Waited 3 weeks for a carpet. To be told the day before that it is delayed.
Feel so let down, happy to take all the money up front. We have arranged day off plus someone to follow on afterwards to fot doors which we have to now pay a fee

Customer service was great. Specifically the branch in Redditch where we ordered the materials for our new home. The guy who measured up was also friendly, helpful and on point and he was from the Huntingdon branch I believe.

Incompetent! I have now had to book 2 days off work to have my carpets fitted and moved all furniture out of the rooms to find that the carpets will not be arriving. How can a company allow this to happen twice? Still waiting to hear what compensation I will be offered and an actual date when they will complete the work. Quick enough to take the money for the carpet but organisation and communication skills could not be worse!

I knew what kind of flooring I wanted so that was easy but the young man that served me was polite and helpful.

Great and prompt service both in the store and at my house when measuring up my flooring.

So far only been measured for carpeting and have received a fair estimate of costs. Now booked in for fitting. No problems so far.
