A horrific service and still only have half of our carpet laid and carpet right are unable to tell me if and when they can complete the job.
Very poor service and communication don't be fooled by what appears a good deal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would use them again because they are so convenient and reasonably priced. 4/5 because the lead time for fitting is two weeks for a very small room which was a bit disappointing. Guess I need to plan further ahead next time.

We’ve ordered a carpet from your Reigate store the manager Caroline was absolutely brilliant very friendly and helpful. We made a little mistake with our measurements and she solved it it for us without any issue. We would certainly recommend you to other people.

Excellent service from the store manager who obviously new her products extremely well. No hard sell here, just refreshingly honest customer service.

Read the title. Yep. This company has strung me out for the better part of 2 months for a rug that they claim that their "manufacturer did not receive the order".

Upon contacting customer support, they re-placed the order a month later after the initial order.

One month after that, still no rug, and customer support again claims that they will "contact the manufacturer to figure out where the rug is".

Absolute joke of a company. Sells items that they don't know the whereabouts of or if it exists to begin with. Their choice of manufacturer also reflects on them as a company.

I would avoid, check out more reliable options such as Habitat (Argos), Dunelm, or even eBay.
