Excellent, friendly service from Olly

Was given time to decide on carpets for a while then guy assisted very helpful no pressure sales just friendly helpful sorted carpet out that was best for me will go back

A great price, very good advice from the customer service chap (Oliver) who also showed us some options for a further project. All in all, very pleased and we'll return to order more very floor covering soon.

The staff were quite exemplary in their courtesy and presentations. No "pushing" or "hard sell", but good, honest explanations of the extremely expansive selection of goods for sale.

We have no bother giving them the very best recommendation for all future customers.

What has annoyed me to get the 20% discount I had to buy adhesive which when I asked if I needed was told not really but if you buy it I can give you the discount

In hindsight I feel I should have made a point in saying if I don't need the adhesive why do I need to buy it to get the discount

The store manager Tom at carpet right in Wisbech was absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful, no pressure at all and was given expert knowledge so I was able to make my decision. I needed a quick turnaround and this was easily sorted for me. Would definitely recommend Tom m to all my family and friends. A step above the rest.

Today Jimmy from the Wisbech store visited us to measure and discuss carpet options. Jimmy was such a lovely gentleman throughout the visit, he did not try any hard sell on us, just advised on questions we asked. Like to share our experience with Carpetright-Wisbech
We visited the store looking for vinyl flooring. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgable so we decided on LVT flooring. He allowed us to take the sample board home to see how it would look. Having decided we wanted to select it within 6 hours we had paid a deposit and had a surveyor visit to check firm size etc. later that day we paid the balance and agreed a fitting date.
The fitters arrived and worked very hard to lay the flooring. It was a challenge as our floor levels were all over the place but with the auto level screed and skilled fitters we had a perfect floor to begin laying the LVT.
The fitters did a brilliant job, they were very approachable and great to work with.
Special thanks to Marcio and Tiago for a brilliant job.
We would certainly recommend Carpetright-Wisbech to all

Very friendly people who treat you like a human being and not just another purchase

The salesman was friendly, professional, very helpful. He phoned when he said he would , he gave good advice, and more importantly for me let me make up mind about your product and didn't push.
The surveyor who came to my house was just the same . Arrived when they said he would, was friendly, professional and helpful.

We came in the Wisbech branch was met by a very friendly and professional man called Tom he straight away made us feel welcome advised us on the carpet and all the extra bits that we needed When we left we came out very happy. Would defo go back again this was our 2nd carpet from there and service, 1st time was just as friendly as this time
