Prompt service, rapid estimate and quote, fitting booked in for one week later. Smoothie efficient service.

Excellent service in relaxing atmosphere with no pressure selling. We were allowed to wander around the store without constant offers to assist, which was really appreciated. Our questions were answered fully and we were given space to make decisions without being badgered to maker specific choices. Very refreshing.

Carpet fitter was efficient and helped shift awkward bookcase afterwards. Much appreciated.

My wife and I recently visited the Carpetright branch in Wokingham to choose new carpets for our home. Kieron, the salesman, was very helpful. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through the various options with patience and a friendly attitude.

The installation process went smoothly. The installer arrived on time and was efficient in their work. The carpets were fitted well, and we are very pleased with the results.

Great selection of carpets and some good offers but many were 6-8 weeks for delivery which didn’t work for me unfortunately. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Ordered flooring that was in stock and still no ship date provided 4 weeks on. Poor communication and I suspect order was missed from your process of how orders are logged with branches.

So far, our experience with Carpetright has been very positive. The chap in the shop was extremely helpful and let us borrow a couple of samples to take home to help us make a decision. The man who came out to measure was very pleasant and professional. I received a phone call to book the fitting within minutes of having paid the invoice. I couldn't fault the service I've received so far. Very happy at this stage - only hope we like the carpet once it arrives!

A nice friendly service. Was extremely helpful with my choice of carpet. Was not felt to be under pressure at all. The measure was done quickly and efficiently. Once again no pressure.
