Purchased a double bed, very pleased with it. In store staff helpful without being pushy. Easy to find what I wanted at a good price. Delivery was excellent, driver kept me up to date with delivery time , best delivery ever!

Have used carpet barn before and have never found any issues, I chose carpet, arranged delivery for a day that was convenient, then paid. Fitter arrived on time and did a great job. 5*****

I was recently in the market for a new mattress. The staff at the Carpet Barn were friendly and helpful and took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of their various offerings. In the end I found something that met all my needs at a decent price. And now I can sleep comfortably at night.

I have used this Company for years and they’ve never let me down. When I’ve been undecided, they’ve always come up with a plan, as they’ve done recently and provided me with beautiful LVT flooring for my kitchen and soon to be in my hallway and a superb carpet for my lounge with top quality underlay. I always deal with the same person and I think that’s the key. Chris is patient and kind and knows his products. He goes that extra mile - a quality not often seen today. Store staff very helpful and professional. Carpet fitters arrived on time, also friendly and professional. Carpet fitted in no time. Excellent all round

The store service was very good, the staff were very helpful. The delivery was less good, the 2 young delivery men, manhandled the mattress, knocking and displacing a lampshade in my hallway and pulling a stair spindle out! (luckily it did not break so was easily repairable.)The mattress care states the mattress should not be bent, but one of the guys was pushing his shoulder and knees into the mattress. The mattress was expensive, I would have been happier If they had taken a little more care of my mattress and my house.
