The item I bought was a hundred pounds cheaper than anyone else, delivery was 48hrs, and free delivery.

Delivered wrong beading, but sent replacement immediately. Delivery charge was much less than a competitor would have charged.

Bought samples then ordered carpet. No drama.

Completed checkout for a floor as advertised and invoice also very clear what I was paying for. They did not honour this transaction and cancelled my order stating that there was problems with online shop orders from B&Q. I actually went on it again to reorder exact same item, there was no issues with the pricing second time prior to completing my order.

Carpets and Vinyl look very nice now fitted,Pity about the delivery company they use which is DX they dont care about customers they took 3 days to get delivery right because of there scheduling process was rubbish, 3 seperate days of my time sitting about waiting for delivery that never happened,But thank you CARPETSHOPONLINE for your help getting it sorted in the end.

Bought vinyl for the bathroom. The product sent did not match the description. They acknowledged took the original away and said they’d send correct product. Then they said they could not but would only partially refund because my bathroom fitter had trimmed it by 0.5m. I have no flooring, I’m almost £50 poorer and my whole bathroom project is delayed. Extremely annoying. Check products when they arrive if you can. Unfortunately I was at work and couldn’t.

Great quality carpet company, very very fast delivery it was basically here the next day ❤️ the delivery driver could have been more helpful my partner helped him get it to our door,as soon as it was outside our door he said right I've done my bit and left so we struggle to get it in.

Good service by the sales team. I didn't give 5 stars because the carpet turned up with the plastic packaging split. Fortunately the carpet wasn't marked but it was creased because it had been rolled badly.

Delivered yesterday did wait in on Tuesday all day as email gave Tuesday as delivery day but the delivery yesterday was good.
