No help from carpisa…

I've bought a suitcase from carpisa years ago. Good bye but travelling is difficult for suitcases. Especially the tough handling at airports. So in the end one of the wheels was broken. I contacted Carpisa whether it was possible to repair it. The answer was negative, not even measurements or where to get spare parts. In the end and through chat I could just order them via Amazon. So if something is broken from a product of carpisa, you're on your one and chat and amazon are your friends. NOT Carpisa!

ABYSMAL customer service.

Decent luggage, ABYSMAL customer service. They market the removable wheels as a way to maximize capacity while meeting carry-on requirements, and it’s a fact. However, I lost a wheel (an airline, actually… but my fault because I failed to take the wheels off when I checked the bag) and have been trying to purchase a replacement set for weeks…. In person at 4 stores in Italy and on line. The store associates ranged from compassionate to asinine, while I have had absolutely ZERO response to my multiple online inquiries.
I’m giving it one more week, at which time it goes to the thrift store.

Carpisa 1 Capitalism 0

Well, I am genuinely surprisingly pleased.

In this continued age of capitalism, a bag producer from southern Italy still knows how to treat customers as a gentleman, and so well, my trolley was taken care of at no cost for me and in a manner that reminds me of an old age when the customer was dealt with as a person and not as a sheep or a cow to just squeeze money out of.

I am impressed. Carpisa 1 Capitalism 0. Thanks to Carpisa and to their Ludovica for this.

Carpisa, quality beyond just sales!

I bought my luggages respectively in 2012 and 2015, the best models of the entire collection and I have to confirm my full satisfaction in the quality of the purchased products. They have handled dozens of trips and for sure lots of shaking, bumps, sketches and so on keeping safe my personal items all the time, until they got sadly damaged on my last holiday trip in 2025, for mishandling at the airport. I contacted Carpisa Customer Care Service and I've got in touch with Ludovica. She assisted me with patience and kindness providing the certification of irreparability where is stated model, year and original product price that I needed in order to get a refund from the flight company. I have been impressed about the speed of the service Ludovica provided me and it gave me even more trust in Carpisa's brand because they prioritize customer's satisfaction before sales and this is priceless!! Thank you for your services and I'll definitely choose Carpisa again for my next purchase.

At first 10% promo code didn't work. After few back and forth emails and few days later I got a working promo code and made my third purchase.
Their suitcases are the best, and ecommerce works as expected. I recommend to purchase here.

I contacted the support team about ordering a broken part for suitcase

I contacted the support team about ordering a broken part. I couldn't find it on the website, and I didn't expect a response. However, they contacted me. They explained everything I needed to do. They provided detailed instructions. They kept in touch with me. I only wish I had registered as a customer from the beginning, when I first purchased bags from this company. It would have made things much easier. The support team is excellent! Ludovica is a great help!

When I returned from Paris

When I returned from Paris, the company in charge of my luggage damaged it, breaking the clasp and the handle. I filed a complaint with the company, but I didn't have the purchase receipt, so I contacted Carpisa customer service via the form. The next day I received an email asking for additional information about my suitcase. The day after that I received the document detailing the information about my suitcase. I would like to thank Ludovica very much for handling my request. Impeccable customer service.

Excellent customer service

I was on day trip to naples and bought one bag from one of the store when i came back to rome i found out that its one of buckle clip was faulty/damaged.
I mailed tje customer care and they adviced me to visit any carpisa store nearby. I went to one of the store in florence and narrated my issue to store incharge her name was nora. She without asking any question replaced my bag. I was so touched by the customer service. Thank you very much.

Avoid at All Costs – A Nightmare Experience

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an online store.

First, they don’t ship to Poland — fine, I tried sending the item to a friend in the Czech Republic instead. But the system only allowed me to choose Italy or the Netherlands. Only after clearing my cache and using incognito mode did the Czech Republic become available. Who designs websites like this?

Then, while entering the address, the site automatically shortened and altered it to what it thought was correct. After a long struggle, I believed everything was entered properly — but I was wrong. The system removed the company name and suite number, making the address incomplete.

Customer service was no help. I contacted them immediately, but they said the address couldn’t be changed. I was left to deal with it on my own. Thankfully, DPD allowed me to correct the address once the package was in their hands.

All this trouble just to buy a replacement wheel for a suitcase — one that broke off during a flight. The product quality, service, and online store experience were all terrible.

Never again. I strongly do not recommend this company.

As you correctly noted, the issue was resolved once you used incognito mode, as also suggested by our customer care team.
Additionally, like many e-commerce platforms, our website uses Google’s address autofill system to help prevent delivery errors. However, it remains the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm the correct address among the suggestions provided by the Google system.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to modify it directly — any address updates must be handled through our shipping partner.
That said, we take your feedback seriously and will certainly look into ways to improve our system and communication for a smoother shopping experience.

Here is my recent experience with Carpisa Support team (mainly with Ludovica):
One of my luggage wheel housings got damaged by the mishandling at the airport last month, as it's a replaceable wheel, the airport refused my application for compensation.
Unfortunately, Carpisa doesn't have any stores or after-sales services in the region (UAE).
I tried to contact Carpisa support (Italy) by email, shortly received their positive response, which is they will provide the spare parts free of charge as a great courtesy on a shipment that I should arrange at my end...
Finaly, I got those spare parts after a week.
Yang / a fan of Carpisa luggage.

Non-existant customer service and extremely delayed delivery times!

I ordered a luggage that I had intended to use for an upcoming trip. The carpisa website clearly stated 3-5 days for delivery. After over one week of not having any communication that my luggage had left for shipping, I sent an email asking what was causing the delay. After a few days, I received a response (albeit generated from a bot or AI) saying that delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 days and not answering my question. More time passed, and I kept sending emails only to receive the same reply. After almost 3 weeks of waiting and unanswered emails, I had to leave on my trip with no luggage! When emailing Carpisa, I was not even able to receive a refund since I had not received the luggage! I had to be at home to refuse the luggage in order to request the refund! Never again will I order Carpisa products! Their customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced. And the most unheard of thing is that there is NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!!!! Ridiculous ! DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. It's a shame, as I had purchased their products in the past, but not anymore!!!! PS- When I finally received the luggage it was too late as i had already left on my vacation!
