Very unprofessional

I ordered 4 fridge for our newly opened apartments for Holiday Homes. I trusted Carrefour to order the stuff in the units but got not other than stress and hassle. The orders supposed to arrived 12-15th of December but got no reply. I called on the 16th and they said that the orders are being prepared by the company. Then until the 19th i didn't get any update. I called again and they said that the order is cancelled since items are out of stock. Without any idea, my orders are being cancelled and waiting for nothing. Very bad customer service. Just cancelling orders without informing the customers.

The world's worthless and idle people place Carrefour online order.
Carrefour online purchasing during the summer holidays might seem better, you'll have to call customer care every day and remind them to solve your problem—just like a beggar or a helpless person pleading for help from someone.
I purchased a phone online, and the phone came out damaged. After that, my 'court and litigation' rounds started, and I had to wait many days for the judgement day."

Does not have Auto open door feature as advertised Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates on
Its a good washing machine but does not have the Auto Open door function as advertised. Should ve compensated for this misleading information as one of the reason I bought it was that feature and I usually wash my clothes and leaves the house. So now I can cause I have to open the door for the clothes not to get musty.

Daphine the Rude Girl

Hey, just wanted to follow up on my experience at Alshindagha brunch today. Daphine Ugandan cashier, seemed a bit short with me 😬. When I asked about scanning my Shear App, she said she wasn't there to remind me all the time. Then, when I asked for a bag, she told me to get one from another counter rudely 😐. Just feels like customer service could be better, especially when we're all having a tough day 🤷‍♂️. Hope you can look into it and reply back

Their delivery times are not on time. They have very inaccurate delivery times. The timing is already off. They haven't delivered my order yet.I'm very upset. I've complained several times, but there's been no response.

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the behavior of the Carrefour delivery guy - Ali today. I have been a regular customer for a long time, and this is the first time I experienced something like this.
He arrived at my building and called me in a rude manner, telling me to come down and collect my groceries because he didn’t want to come up. When my fiancé told him to cancel the order if he refused to deliver properly, he came up but started banging on our apartment door aggressively. He acted unprofessional, had no manners, and even tried to pick a fight with my fiancé.
This kind of behavior completely ruins the reputation of the company. Delivery staff should show professionalism, kindness, and respect — not hostility.
Very disappointed with this experience.

Fast service, poor quality food

Although the service is fast in delivery, the items chosen by the Carrefour staff are often those that are either close to expiration or over-ripe. On several occasions I have had to through away items. The complaint procedure is so onerous that it is not worth the hassle - which is what Carrefour want I guess.

Do not buy any electronic from carrefour

Do not buy any electronic since i experienced with Acer laptop that i bought for my son, manufactuer defect and they gave me boucher to rebuy same brand and model from same outlet carrefour but in increase of 300 aed more price.
I asked to replace the same brand and model but only boucher issued.

I recently had a very disappointing…

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Carrefour’s online team. I purchased a TCL television from their website, sold directly by Carrefour, and the product was comes with a wall bracket.
In most reputable hypermarkets, customers receive proper service, especially for items like televisions that require careful handling and installation guidance. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Carrefour. The delivery person was not only unhelpful but also behaved rudely toward my wife, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This experience has left us extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend Carrefour’s online service based on what we encountered. I strongly urge Carrefour Hypermarket management to take immediate action regarding their delivery team and to ensure that customers receive the level of service promised. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through a formal complaint.

Never had such weird constant…

Never had such weird constant experiences with customer service before. I believe Carrefour here is franchised cause in international such things don’t happen. They are extremely slow, rude, sarcastic and inefficient. And this is a review I leave towards a total experience of 6 months, not on one issue.

⭐ Very Disappointed with Carrefour Customer Service!

I bought a Beko dishwasher from Carrefour, and they delivered a damaged product. The delivery guy told me that if the item was damaged, I could call Carrefour customer service to replace it. He also showed me a blank column on his tablet and asked me to sign just to confirm I received the item, not that it was perfect.

After I called Carrefour customer service, they said I signed that the item was in perfect condition, so no replacement would be done. I explained what the delivery guy told me, but they refused to help.

I paid cash for this item, and now I’m stuck with a damaged dishwasher. This is very bad service from Carrefour. They should be more honest and take responsibility for damaged deliveries.

Carefour online shopping.
Many items don't have a detailed description, measurements, even brands names, no reviews, like Cooktop gas stoves for example..
An excuse is that it's from the 3rd party sellers, so even customer service representatives can't clarify any info and there's no any possibility to contact with a seller..

You buy nobody knows what and from where..
That looks very unprofessional and suspicious.

Most of the time we're totally satisfied with Carefour and food delivery service, friendly, responsible drivers but online shopping from the 3rd sellers really ruins the picture..

All detailed descriptions of any item, brand, dimensions, detailed photos, etc. should be mandatory for sellers and please add option of adding reviews of those products.

The delivery driver called me to…

The delivery driver called me to confirm the location and mentioned that he was already going up to 1006. I told him that I would message the person at home to open the door and receive the order since I’m currently at work.

I placed the order earlier, and it arrived around 7:20 PM, which was good since it was delivered early. However, my companion informed me that the delivery boy was rude.

I just want to raise this concern and suggest that your drivers be properly trained to stay polite and respectful when delivering orders.

Incompetence in price tagging and empty deodorants on the shelves

I live in the UAE for the last 10 years and many things have changed in the past few years, especially the custom service. Today I discovered that in deodorant REXONA section there were many empty bottles. I went to the customer service and they blamed it on the factory. Didn’t really do much about it. And when we went to pay for the 4 deodorants we took, on the receipt we have noticed with my husband that we have paid for 7! So, the cashier told us to go to the customer service, where we received the cash back. So, to the residents of the UAE, watch out when you buy things. Check if the container is full, or emptied and check your receipt as well. It only takes few moments. Today it might be 35 AED, what if you pay like that each time you shop and dint check in the year perspective?

Horrible customer service! if you’re ordering online, better order from noon or elsewhere just spare yourself the nightmare of having to deal with carrefour customer service incase something goes wrong with your order cause most of the time, SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG.

Bad customer service and after sales service

I raised a complaint about a wrong invoice in one of carefour stores that is not my regular visited branch as it is far. Conplaint was placed on both watsapp and over the phone. Its been a month with no answer. I followed up and the agent answers: you want a fast response go to the branch! I have no other way to show how bad customer service is! No solution was provided. I gues i can consider myself robbed.

Decent grocery shopping

I often go to Carrefour for groceries and everyday items. The store has a big selection and good product quality. Sometimes it gets very crowded, especially in the evenings, and that makes the checkout take much longer than expected. I try to visit early in the day to avoid that. Prices aren’t the lowest, but the convenience and variety make it worth it. For basic shopping, it’s a solid option overall.
