Ordered on 20/03/25, just received the order today 16/04/25. Everything I ordered was showing as in stock when I ordered it, but after a week of waiting with no word of it being dispatched I emailed Henri who then said they were waiting on one of the items coming in before they could send it out. Bit strange considering it was all in stock at the time of the order and showed in stock when I eventually got an answer. Anyway, waited and waited and eventually Henri told me the order had been sent out on 10/04/25. Then I got an automated email from Carscope on 14/04/25 saying order was on the way, again this was strange considering Henri told me the order was dispatched 4 days before. I asked about this and Henri just ignored the question and said it would be with me in 48 hours. Order arrived today and the Royal Mail sticker on the box had 14/04/25 on it, so clearly the order wasn’t dispatched on the 10th like Henri told me and was actually dispatched on the 14th which was when I got the email saying it was on the way. Henri also said there would be a free gift in the box, I assume as an apology for the delay? However there was no free gift when the order arrived. I wasn’t wanting or looking for a free gift, just wanted what I had ordered, however I think it’s pretty poor service from the owner of the company to say he’ll send a free gift then not follow through with it. Will not order from here again, incredibly slow delivery with poor excuses and lies about when the order had been dispatched.

Ordered a short trigger gun and premium nozzle set, both items are great and the performance blows my old setup away. The nilfisk Quick Release connection is brilliant and fits my p180 premium machine perfectly. All items received in 2 days. Perfect, cheers Henri.

Be aware of this company, received half of my order, after finally getting a reply from Henri and promised it would be sent as they had "run out of the product" i'm still waiting over a month later! No customer service absolute joke of a company and thieves.

Reference invoice 4754. Item arrived in black Polythene bag when I opened it inside was the box that was slightly crushed, the security seal had been previously opened and it looks like someone cellotaped the box closed. Inside was the pressure washer gun in a clear Polythene bag that had previously been ripped open, there was also a small open Polythene bag that was empty ? The gun has spanner marking on the stainless steel fittings, as if it's been dismantled, as i cannot believe that a gun in this price bracket would leave the factory like that, no way. Also in the box are the 2 parts of the stainless steel quick connectors which are showing scratches and some thread chipping / denting, again no factory would produce and deliver these items in this state, not unless there quality control was garbage, and as your company mission statement states how good your products are why has this problem occurred, I noticed on reading reviews of your company one customer reported very similar to my complaint, I want a replacement unopened unused brand new replacement and you can arrange collection of the item you have sent me. Not happy at all I expected better after your site states how you think you have made the best short gun available, really.
Tried to contact supplier by telephone and no answer or active voice mail.
Sent 2 emails to supplier got a reply saying send it bag if unhappy and I will shoot you out another one, this is word for word reply,
I have escalated the case via PayPal as I do not want to pay for return postage of a defective item that should never had been sold
It's the responsibility of the seller to pay the postage as he is in breach of contract,
Apparently the reasons giving by the seller as to why the Polythene bag was ripped open in the box was because they checked the items prior to dispatch, well that didn't work did it or else why have I received a defective gun and fittings,
To any reasonable person it would seem more like I've received a returned item.
This is not good business in any way shape or form.

A really good wheel brush, ideal for my diamond cut alloy wheels,but delivery not great.

Looks a great product but not used yet

Placed my order two weeks ago and paid for next day delivery, they were very efficient at taking my money but I have not seen any goods, contacted Henri - no response, contacted their customer email - no response, there is no telephone number and no other way to contact them - will I ever see anything?!
I get the impression this company has lost control...

Don’t waste your money with Henri at Carscope. I ordered a 1/4” quick connect, never arrived. Henri said he would send another and give a refund, I would have been happy to just receive the part. Nothing arrived and no refund. Attempted to get a refund through PayPal a few times after that. He agreed to refund and must have cancelled twice. A total scammer. Do not order from this company!!!

Speedy delivery, great quality products which perform exactly as they say on the website.

Really impressed with the Cobra trigger gun which I am using on my Karcher K3 with the adapter. The Foamzooka performs so much better than the Pro-kleen snow foam lance I have been using. Uses so much less chemicals too with a better cleaning result.
