Great product- made of stainless steel ..
The rudder shroud over the nozzle tip is well made - offers better bump protection against the car paintwork than other jet wash nozzles I have used.

Product turned up late not due to carscope and received a free wash pad.

Placed an order with CarScope on 9th May for a wheel barrel brush, stainless steel turbo nozzle and longer stainless steel wand for my stubby gun. The wand and nozzle were on pre-order but the website said they were due beginning of June and had a discount on them. It got to the 19th June and still no sign of my order being dispatched so I emailed Henri asking for an update and said if it was unlikely the order would be delivered before the weekend that I'd like to cancel the order for a refund. Had a reply the following day saying "Don't worry your order is on the way" he said there had been some customs issues but it had been confirmed they'd have them that week and they'd put it on a Saturday delivery and include a free gift. I replied and said not to worry about the free gift or saturday delivery as I know that can be expensive but as long as the Items I ordered were being shipped that would be fine. 2 weeks later still no parcel and order still saying unfulfilled on the website so I sent another email on the 4th July asking for a full refund as I was going to order alternative items elsewhere. I had a reply saying he would issue a refund but everything was now in stock if I'd rather have the goods. I replied and said I'd have the refund. I had notification from PayPal saying the order had been cancelled and the refund sat pending for 5 days then got declined. I emailed Henri to ask them to re-issue the refund but they've not replied and I've now had to escalate it through PayPal. They've not responded to PayPal yet either. Good products seriously let down by the lack of customer service from the owner. Good way to lose an existing customer!
