My order was dealt with by an extremely helpful chap called Aaron. I emailed at lunchtime to check whether an item was in stock before I placed my order and had a response within the hour to inform me the item was available. I placed my order and emailed Aaron back to let him know the payment had cleared. He responded within half hour to let me know my item was on it's way and it arrived the following morning! You can't beat service like that. Keep up the good work!

I brought a Kenwood DNN9230DAB from Car Sounds as it was the best price i could find on the internet anywhere. Steve stayed in touch with me by phone and e-mail giving me fantastic advice on how to properly install the radio in my car as i was unsure about certain things. I will definitely be visiting these guys to say thanks for all there help next time i am down there way

My first order this week, and Aaron offered to get me a set of specialist car speakers not stocked by him. And he quoted me the cheapest I could find anywhere! Also, the subwoofer I ordered was the lowest price too. Any fears I may have had about "cheap prices = cheap service" could not have been more wrong. Both items were despatched the same day and both arrived the next day, and no delivery charge! I'm very pleased I discovered this store and Aaron will be my first port of call in the future. Why go anywhere else? :-)

I searched a few site to fine the car radio I wanted , this was the cheapest and a very trusted site by others so I decided to purchase. Very happy with the process and delivered very quickly. Very happy indeed and would check here first for any accessories i may need :-)

What Can I Say About Car Sounds & Security?
There service is fantastic order was processed smoothly without any problems. Aaron France must work 24/7 answered my emails well outside of normal working hours both evening and morning. Even trying to help me with a problem that is not related to the product I purchased from them.
Would highly recommend them will be putting more of my business there way.

Most competitive price on 90% of units looked at. Great communication with mistake on my part with delivery address, unit was then delivered next day. I will be buying a new unit for my other car and will definitely be using Car Sound and Security.

I found the Car Sounds website through Google as they offered such a cheap price on the AVH-X5500BT, it was far cheaper then everyone else selling the item so i was a bit concerned, so i rung them and they eased all my fears, very polite and friendly and was willing to spend time on the phone answering my questions, gave me free next day delivery as well which was a bonus.
Item arrived 7.30am the next day, which was excellent so i didn't loose any time of work.
Overall brilliant service, excellent delivery and very cheap prices and no need to worry as a very friendly service

Found the price on line to be very competitive.
Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery and they delivered to my works address which other Companies would not do, someone called to verify that I worked there and the goods arrived on time.

As for the stereo i'm over the moon with it.
Easy to install and even the dab ariel that came with it had good install instructions.

Very helpful guys, sent a message and had a response that day. Exchanged a few emails to check on what I would need and when the item would be in stock. Email responses came back promtly and even after work hours - big plus as I work 9-6 and find it tricky to catch enough time to contact places. After placing my order it turned up pretty quick.

Spending as much as I ever have on a car radio, cd, satnav I was a little concerned that things may have gone wrong but all the reviews of carsoundsandsecurity were good and now my positive experience can be added to the list. My new kenwood unit looks great and was at the end of the day " plug and play ". I will use and recommend carsoundsandsecurity again.

Website not the most user friendly

I ordered a Kenwood BT92SD car stereo, purely based on the fact that this shop was, by far, the cheapest on the internet (including ebay).
Ordered it with the optional next day delivery, and it was still significantly cheaper than the next place. The item arrived, in good time, the next day.

In short.....Very happy to do business with this shop.
