Disappointing customer service and faulty bottle hardware
I have been a loyal user of Carthusia fragrances for several years, but my recent experience with their customer care team has forced me to look elsewhere.
I purchased a bottle in late January, and under entirely normal use and storage, the diffuser mechanism completely broke last week, leaving over half the perfume trapped inside and unusable. I reported the hardware fault immediately.
Customer service completely dismissed the issue, stating that because a few months had passed, they would not offer a replacement, a voucher, or any assistance. They even insinuated that "external factors" must have caused the damage, rather than standing behind the structural quality of their packaging. A premium fragrance should have hardware designed to last until the bottle is actually empty. Disappointing service for a luxury brand.
