I had a very good experience with Cartridge People. I ordered Canon ink cartridges for my photo printer and I’m very happy with the service. The price was very reasonable, the order was dispatched quickly, and everything arrived safely.
I also really appreciated the little bags provided for returning empty cartridges. It’s a small but very practical and thoughtful touch.
Everything was smooth and straightforward, and I would definitely recommend Cartridge People. I’ll certainly be back with another order soon! 😊

The two representatives from cartridge people I spoke to were both very helpful and advised possible solutions , when they didn't resolve the issue, I was immediately sent a replacement cartridge. Order process simple. Package arrived quickly but had been tampered with and ink removed.
Contacted Customer services and the problem was resolved within minutes and new ink sent out.

Quick delivery and good communication
Delivery was quick. Purchased a multi pack. Had a problem with my printer printing after putting the cartridges in place. However George and Phil were quick to response to my email with how to get my printer working. Would recommend.

Cartridge People saved me money on the HP printer cartridges. I had an issue with the installation but when I called for help Sam sorted it out immediately - no wait on the phone - just helpful, polite advice. Will be switching to their own brand from now on.

DO not use this company
I purchased genuine HP cartridges from this company, only to receive a call within 24 hours trying to persuade me to switch to their own-brand cartridges. I was very reluctant, but was given assurances that they would work just like the genuine HP cartridges.
Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. When the own-brand cartridges arrived and were installed, the printer immediately showed an error, sprayed ink everywhere, and the ink levels showed as empty.
When I contacted the company to complain, they then backtracked and claimed that they had never advised that the cartridges would work just like the HP ones. That is completely at odds with what I was told during the sales call.
Quite simply, why would I want to purchase cartridges that my printer cannot even correctly recognise or report the ink levels for?
I am still pursuing the company to arrange for an engineer to inspect the printer and establish whether any long-term damage has been caused.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and sticking with genuine HP cartridges rather than taking the risk with their own-brand alternatives.

I can see you are dealing with this with the manager.
These toners sometimes don't show the toner levels but should work as normal as advised on the website.
We are still awaiting confirmation that you are up and printing as normal with the original toners which were sent in replacement of the own brand toners.
We would, however, like to clarify that compatible toners are designed to work with supported printers and would not cause physical damage to the machine. While some printers may display warnings or may not report ink levels in exactly the same way as genuine manufacturer cartridges, these issues do not indicate damage to the printer itself.
Based on the information available to us, there is no evidence that our cartridges have damaged your printer.
We value all customer feedback and remain happy to discuss your concerns directly in an effort to reach a satisfactory resolution.

I have just placed an order a few hours ago, i ticked the no sales communication. im currently at 4 missed calls, 2 texts and an email, at first looking like theres a problem, but then you can see its to try and get you to buy refilled cartridges, which void printer warrenty, and as i found out leak and break printers. Blocked number. Never had this harassment with Printerland or Cartridge Save
