The help and understanding from Lindsay, in particular, is refreshing these days. Very good customer service.

I bought one of their own-brand laser printer cartridges for my HP printer. Works just as well as the official one (although the printer complains about it but that can be ignored) and cheaper than HP.

I had made a silly error when ordering cartridges so contacted CartridgePeople and Si Bennett sorted it out for me immediately.No waiting forever for a response etc.Will definitely be using this company again.

We have two printers - inkjet for photos laser for docs. We get inks from Cartridge People and always get good service and competitive prices and, importantly, reliability. Any minor issues are sorted quickly and you actually get to speak to someone. Thanks George!

Missing black ink Cartridge.
I would like to thank Sam for arranging another black ink cartridge due to my missing one in my parcel. I am much obliged. I shall keep the flyer for whem I need to order again.

After we found defects in two own-brand cartridges, George at Cartridge People provided rapid advice and then followed up by replacing the cartridges free of charge.

Fast and efficient service. Sam was very helpful, finding my details quickly and ensured I got the best deal. It is my go to place for printing ink.

He was very attentive to my concerns, explained to me the problem and swiftly told me how he was going to deal with it. And deal with it, he did, very satisfactory!

Wow! Just Wow!
I have bought from Cartridge People several times before and found them efficient enough, but my heart sank when I encountered a faulty toner cartridge. I did not have high hopes of a simple complaint process or resolution of my problem.
How wrong I was.
Marianne quickly took over from Cartridge-Bot on the chat and understood the issue straight away. She arranged for a replacement toner to be posted out the next day and sent me some idiot-proof instructions on how to return the faulty one.
When the replacement arrived it even contained a note with an apology and some tea-bags... so that I could have a brew on them. A lovely touch.
Ten out of ten Cartridge People. I will be recommending your services.

I recently purchased a full set of compatible print cartridges from The Cartridge People for my Brother MFC-J5740SW printer. The printer prints fine, but kept going offline after each print job, which I cured by unticking the `SNMP status enabled` box in printer properties, printer ports. I also e-mailed The Cartridge People to see if this was a known issue. Within a very short time George had replied with a similar suggestion and a few others in case the problem re-occurs in future. Thank you, George and The Cartridge People for a great service.

They say it's the people who are the face of a company. I have had dealings with Sam over the phone on various topics concerning inkjet cartridges and he has been very informative and helpful in sorting my issues. I have been very lucky to have known Cartridge People and I don’t think twice in giving my business to them. Apart from Sam, I have had great service from other staff members too.

Had a problem with the cartridge people equivalent cartridges for a HP printer and was resigned to opting for genuine HP. Contacted cartridge people and George replied by email with instructions as to how to resolve the problem. Problem resolved 👍

I have been purchasing printer compatible cartridges from Cartridge People for several years now. Their products are competitively priced and excellent quality. I had a problem with my latest purchase. George from the Technical Support team quickly responded with some helpful suggestions to try and overcome the issue, but unfortunately these did not resolve it. Without hesitation, he arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent. I was very impressed with both his advice and prompt response. Thank you, George - great customer service!

Bought 2 x 2 cartridges for my hp. wifi printer they wouldn't work got in touch literally said ordered the wrong ones mentioned that i ordered them before but they said they were the wrong ones but can't have a refund due to last time they give me the proper ones a good deed gesture meaning that I now have £33.00 worth of inks that is know good for me if you got as 6400e series hp printer 🖨 do not get cartridge people's own brand they wont work plus they wont replace the cartridges for your money either.

My sincere thanks to Phil who transferred all my details to the new site and took my order over the phone to help me out with my current printer ink problem.

Great Service. From start to finish. We have a technical issue with one of the printers, and just after contacting Cartridge People, the manage replace product with a brand new one. Special mention for George on of the technicians, who managed to swap it in the blink of an eye.
