Omg - Never Ever!
Omg! It has been like for a long term that the owner of the company came to me and rented one of our apartments.
Since he rented the place, the only time that he paid this rent on the time was the first month. After this, we have never received our rents on the time. He always provided different execuses every month.
We had to call him or message him to beg him to pay rents. That's not normal, I really don't remember how many times I tried to understand him but unfortunately he doesn't want to understand and he always want to keep you busy for trying to get previous rents from him.
I really wanted him to behave professional to avoid to share this experience with him but he doesn't respond my calls or messages for the last 2 weeks and he doesn't pay the rent of last 2 months, July and August and now it's time to pay the rent of September which he will not do it.
Don't work with this gentlemen, No Casalda! No other companies that he owns.
